Where’s the hole??
You need to do a better inspection of your equipment especially since this could really hurt a person. Your assembly line didn’t add holes to the two bottom foot plate area that the instructions called for. There is only one hole on each side not two!

There was 2 holes that were not drill... so at this moment I personally have to get them done myself

No second hole to assemble!!!
Required holes for assembly were not drilled! How does this pass quality control! After arriving a week late, I can’t even put together due to a dumb manufacturer error. Do better!
