I replaced a unit I bought about 12 years ago. It broke...I was able to repair it but the fabric backpad was destroyed. Bought this unit last week. It's absolutely amazing. My old unit was a 2d massager. This one is 3d(side to side and in and out), heat, foot thing is awesome, literally massaged my balls since the S track is much longer.My son has cvs and gets sick about once a month with extrem nausea. My old massage chair helped his symptoms alot. This new one will no doubt be life changing for him. Worth every cent spent.

My Wife bought the IRest Massage Chair for me for Father’s Day, thank you Wifey. I thought it was going to be a waste of money, I was wrong. I've abused my body over multiple decades and I was in search of ways to find relief, I even had a membership at a massage spa.Initially, I felt like the massage rollers were a little too intense, but I quickly got used to it. I use the chair daily and I’m so thankful to my wife and IRest for a wonderful product. I cancelled my membership at the spa and I’m now dedicated to my IRest massage chair.My only complaint is I wish I could set the timer for 45 minutes to an hour instead of the factory default. But it’s an easy fix, one press of a button and I’m back to a full body massage.It looks great, smooth, quiet, fair price, well made, and you’ll get a great head-to-toe massage while listening to some great coffee house music via Bluetooth. Oh yea, the heating pad on your back is awesome!!!!Very Respectfully, dedicated user.

Within 10 seconds of turning it on for the first time the right spring broke from a defective plastic component on the motor. The chair still worked but it only massaged the left side on the main back massager. It took 6 weeks and several emails and a couple of phone calls, but the iRest company did send a new replacement motor and a repairman to install and get the chair running again. It works great and now gives an even massage on both sides. I especially like the options for pressure, air intensity, adjusting the placement of the rollers for back length, all the different massage modes, and the "spot" massage function. For the price point, it is a very good massage chair with some of the widest variety of options that I've seen on the market. Make sure you register your chair under warranty and, per our experience, the company will honor their commitment to the terms of the warranty.

Wow! What a wonderfull chair. Not the same as a massuse, but really good for a chair!

When we moved to our new remote residence in the middle of a tiny AZ desert town, I never imagined how the addition of this one piece of “furniture” would turn our place into a healing retreat.Having this in the comfort of our home is so much nicer than going to a large mall and using it in public. Every day I look forward to sitting in this chair and enjoying the view out of our window, facing the mountains of the Grand Canyon West.There are SO many wonderful features on this chair that, similar to purchasing a new car, it may take some time to get familiar with. Nevertheless, just like enjoying the drive of a new vehicle without having to know the details of every feature, we’ve been enjoying daily massages, while still pleasantly discovering some of the added features, like the built-in USB port to make connections to other devices more convenient.With two of us using this daily, it’s also convenient to have programmable settings stored in its memory for each of us.The delivery time and set-up was unexpectedly quick. The materials and construction of this chair are durable and complimentary to our home decor. Value for the price exceeded our expectations.In short… we’re in love with this massage chair, almost as much as we are with each other..! We really have turned our home into a Wellness Center.

Massage features are great, also like the stretch feature.After the massage and stretch the best feature is the Bluetooth, nice to be able select the music or podcast to surround yourself with.Easy to assembly. Nice sleek design.We did not use the voice feature or heat element much.

So far so good. The chair performs as expected. The foot massage part is pretty intense. The airbags form tightly around my heels and feet, and the rollers go to town! It can be painful at times, but so is getting a foot massage from a person. I'm still learning how to work the remote which I think is not very user friendly, but I'm not techie at all. First day we got the chair, my husband used it 4 times and the next day he was extremely tired....couldn't shake it. He thinks it was too much massage chair time, but who knows. The chair comes with a little cushion flap connected, but I flip it off the chair so that I can get a more intense massage. I've been wanting a massage chair for years and finally gave in. It's an expense, but worth it in my opinion. I have been sleeping better since jumping in the chair right before bed....maybe a new ritual for me. 5 stars!! Will update if anything changes.

When I was looking for a massage chair, I was looking for one to fit. My size lot of them have 260 pound weight limits and I talked to someone at Irs and they said you would need one that has 360 pound weight limit I only weigh about 265 and I am about 6 foot one. The machine runs great. The only problem is, the seat is so narrow that I barely fit in and when the air pressure comes on it squishes you which does not give you a very good massage and I’m a little upset at the fact that to return it I have to pay a $250 fee to return it But on the website Amazon it kind of tricks you making you think a 360 pound person that the seat would be a lot wider there’s no way a 300 pound person can fit in the chair so buyer beware just because it says it holds more max weight does not mean it is wide enough to sit in. It is a very narrow chair I will update trying to figure out how to send chair back or find one with a wider chair
