Half Barrel (17 Gallon) Stainless Steel Chronical Fermenter

Sturdy, High quality joints. Valves and seals are top notch. The feet are adjustable to help level the container. My main complaints are that it doesn't come with the thermometer as pictured, only the thermowell. The instructions that come with it call the actual thermometer "optional" for this large version, although it comes standard for all the smaller ones. For this kind of money, I would expect that they would avoid the nickel and dime business. Secondly, the system does not come with any attachment point for a pressurized keg transfer, and appears to require manually holding to the blow off port during the process. The sparse instructions show that I'll be buying yet again some more parts to adapt to my regulator system for this feature. Overall a quality product, but be prepared to purchase several more small items to make it function as pictured/described.
