I decided I wanted to try this with my dog. She seems to like the taste OK - but then, she gets olive oil every day in her diet. I did make the mistake of interpreting “store in a cool place” as a sign to put it in the refrigerator. Of course, since it is primarily olive oil, it solidified. But when I moved it to the cupboard, it re-liquified and seems to be as good as new. It is too early yet to see if it will have any effect on my dog’s health or energy, but at least she is lapping it right down, squirted on her food.
