Velocity Toys Chirping & Dancing Bird- Color Vary - Motion Sensor

Got this for my cockatiel after his budgie friend passed away. He's never lived without another bird before, so he's really appreciating this one even if it's fake.It's uncomfortably loud for me, but this can be fixed by covering the speaker with something.The problem I'm having now... where and how to hang it up so that he can see it and activate it by himself?

This Chirping/Dancing Bird is a most entertaining device! I received one as a gift. And then I ordered a couple more for my friends. I placed mine in our garden where its chirping is so real that it invites all types of other birds. Amazing, truly amazing!!!

I bought two birdies for my new backyard. They’re marketed as a motion sensor toy. I put together both and the birds did everything they were suppose to do including chirping but never stopped chirping. They’re suppose to stop if motion ceases. Never did. I called Amazon and was on the phone awhile so she could hear chirping never stopped. Unbelievable. Seller never responded to my email and returned both. Very unhappy!

I bought a total of 5 Chirping and Dancing Birds, from SkyMaster, because everyone that sees this little bird wants it.My sister received the first one I saw from a visitor to her home. It was purchased by people visiting from Florida. We found info on the back of the gift bird, and found it on Amazon Prime for a "song"!I Need to order 5 more for gifts! The little bird I have is on my porch, named Pip Squeak, and he greets me and my guests with the sweetest variety of songs. The birds nearby respond, and make the whole yard happier!One lady put her's in her bedroom hallway, and she always knows when someone is coming her way. She spends lots of time in her room, so she calls her bird her "Security Bird"!It comes well padded, in 3 pieces that pop together. put in the battery, hang, and you are ready to enjoy every time you pass by. Or, you may choose to turn it off with the button on front ...but I seldom do!We bring it inside for storms, but probably not necessary. We just love the little bird!!!

I love the bird, however it only worked a day or two before we had trouble. It was bumped down. Never worked the same. I got it to let me know when my kids enter the kitchen. It is VERY cute. Just poorly made. I still have it hanging. It is hard plastic. Very colorful. It was cheap priced so what can I say.

Kind of realistic. It's plastic. But the bird looks almost real and has nice movement. Definitely just for fun. The bird sings several different songs at pretty high volume. It might be fun to have it outside. You can turn it on and off, which is good. Wouldn't want to be hearing it go off all the time, as it has a motion sensor.

My wife saw one of these in a gift shop and did not buy it....and regretted it, so I bought this as a surprise. She loves it. We actually hung it outside under a covered porch. Good hanging instructions and template are provided which were much appreciated. If it is hung in a small room, it may be a little loud, but outside (or large room with upholstered furniture) it is fine.

No cage, no feeding, no bird dropping to clean up. just a sweet chirping ,singing bird that you can turn off at will

I've had & enjoyed one of these motion-sensitive chirping & "dancing" birds for many years & ordered several now for friends who love them too! Great product!

Product functions well. Bird movements and sounds are authentic-like but the quality for the price is not reasonable because of the flimsy plastic.
