hey im back i just got off the phone with the nicest man at this company he listned and was very apologetic about the batch i got he actually sat on the phone taking time out of his very busy work day to listen to me he also he saw tht i been a customer for years once e i told him how often i bought them and because ive always been a loyal customer so much so i got a cool little gift which was a tiny jar of pig lips on a pair of beads that k can where around my neck and tht i still hav it he chuckled and said wow u really are a long time and loyal customer so he knew how much i love them he was extremly understanding about my issue so he's gonna send out another batch fingers crossed guys this is in now way means im not gonna order more cause i amsometimes u just get a batch that's not your jam and mine is when they are really soft soo much they feel like its melting in your mouth so ill give it another shot either way im gonna continue being a customer and a loyal onesorry i didnt get his name all i know is he was very nicethnx @thepickledstoreso guys pls dont give up on them they dont make them they just get them and ship them out to usill keep u guys in the knowthnxdee dee & LuLu

I normally buy my pig lips from the Pickled Store and is normally always satisfied, this time around was not the case. The entire pig lip (gallon) was mushy and soft. I've very disappointed and it says I'm not able to get my money back. I don't know if they had these jars just sitting in the sun all day but this was such a bad batch. I'm scared to every order from them again, the shipping and the lips costed an arm and leg and to wait on your product and to be disappointed. Well everything comes to an end.

My mom keeps ordering them, so she loves them.

I didn’t like the fact that they were really soft as if they got spoiled. Would not buy again i had to throw them away. The smell was not right neither.
