This leather arrived really quickly, and it was in great shape. It measured out at just over 2 1/2 square feet. It worked perfectly for my turn shoe project. I would buy this again.

Product being sold states from 2.5-4 Sq ft. Of material. Other than luckily getting a pretty square section rather than the last time this piece doesn't even reach the minimum of 2.5 sq ft. Pretty disappointing

it's ok for small projects. If you expect to get a side for a portfolio or laptop sleeve, look elsewhere. This things is full of holes, stains, and surface defects. IF one could use all of the non-blemished area, it would still be less than 90%. There is maybe enough clean material for a wallet.It wasn't 5/6 oz, it was 6/7 oz, which is thicker than I wanted, but that's neither here nor there now that I can't use it.I've picked up an entire side from Tandy and it had less defects than this small piece. While I understand that "LeATheR iS A naTuRAl MaTEriaL" and all that stuff. This was sold as 90% usable leather, but it's not. Others may have gotten better stuff, and if so, QC is poor and ordering is a crap shoot. Not coming back for more.

Great price, great seller. The quality is wonderful, the piece is on the small end of the listed estimate, but great to work with. I'd definitely buy from them again.

I ordered 2.5-4 sft and received exactly the low end of about 2.5 sft. One third of it is not usable because of a mark and a stretchy and very thin area in the center. You get what you pay for unfortunately. I will buy elsewhere next time.

My hide was small, almost super small.The hide had sunlight stain on one side and a dirty boot type stain on the other.
