SalewaAlp Trainer Mid Gore-Tex Men's Boots

I bought a pair of GTX ( winter boots ). I wasn’t really happy with them at first, and had never heard of Salewa, but after I figured out how to get everything fitted, they were amazing. I then got a pair of MS boots for the spring/ summer. They are the best boots I have ever owned. The soles are the most gripping, total trust in them. Waterproof and breathable, comfortable from the off.. another pair getting ordered soon for next year. Quality is great and a great value. These are a no brainier. Happy to go anywhere in the uk with these..

After getting a couple of pairs of cheap boots and finding them not very comfortable, I decided to go for something a bit more expensive. I'm not disappointed, these fit like a glove, really comfortable and they seem to be nicely made. Glad I went for these, AND they come in half sizes which is super important since I'm an 11.5.. makes all the difference!

Very comfortable! Not lightweight, just weightless!!! I bought Salewa Rapace before. Also amazing boots. But this Salewa Trainers - just fantastic. Thanks a lot! Highly recommended for outdoor or any adventures. That boots will your friends forever and never let you down. Also don't forget good socks. Good luck friends.

Folllow salewa's foot measuring guidance to ensure correct fit. I'm usually a UK 9 and ordered a 9.5 and they fit AMAZINGLY. The climbing lace system ensures a bespoke fit. The boots are light and support well. The sole grips in wet mud and grass but also on shale and rock. My only negative was they let water in after a long walk in the wet but that did include full submersion. Overall for a lighter 3 season boot that are perfect, no exceptions

only after 4 walks that the boot shows signs of falling apart. Sole at the heel end tearing away from the boot body. Have tried to contact both Amazon and the manufacturer with no assistance so far on warranty replacement or explanation of faults! Clearly a manufacturing fault as the seal of the sole to the boot should not tear away.They look great but so far NOT fit for purpose

Hands down the best walking boot I’ve worn…Comfortable excellent grip and stylish

I had my eyes on these boots for a while and when the price was right I committed and bought a pair, straight out of the box they looked amazing, felt super lightweight and when tried on they were extremely comfy. I went for a few short walks on hard paths and stones, the first thing I noticed was the soles (especially the left) made a clicking sound almost like when you walk in flip flops, upon inspection the soles were not delaminated, so I can only assume it is just the rigid rubber flexing and it would go away with time, 3 months and 50 or so miles later it hasn't. I didn't manage to go properly off road in them until mid december, I did 5 miles through muddy, wet and moderately difficult terrain including 3 stream crossings through water approximately 3-4 inches deep, I was of course very aware of making sure the freezing water was nowhere near coming in over the top, I had also intentionally worn grey socks so I could easilly identify water ingress, after returning home it was apparent that water had got in on both feet! I'm not very happy with the price/quality ratio, you would think that such a well respected company as Salewa would have better testing and quality control.

Decided to try this boot as I wasn't happy with my Scarpa boots. Very pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they are and have had zero issues with blisters etc. Relatively light weight, totally waterproof & I definitely recommend them

My husband got these for his work, he is in his feet every day 12hr. A day, these keep his feet in good shape and he is in much less pain now.

Nachdem ich ein erstes Paar zurück geschickt hatte, weil der rechte Schuh eine stark drückende nach innen gewölbte Kunststoff Kante hatte ( anderes Modell) habe ich daraufhin diesen Schuh in Größe 47 ( statt 45.5 ) bestellt. Meine Füße sind eher schmal, 47 paßt perfekt. Ich empfinde guten Halt und große Bequemlichkeit. Die Schnürung ist sehr gut, die Verarbeitung ( Vietnam) perfekt.Im Nachhinein freue ich mich über das wirklich schöne Blau; Ich hatte es zunächst bereut, keine schwarzen Schuhe bestellt zu haben, aber so passen sie gut zur Jeans.Im Herbst werde ich in den Bergen Griechenlands 3Monate lang testen, ob sie so gut sind, wie sie aussehen.Ich bin sehr zuversichtlich.

Pero lo que realmente me conquistó fue la comodidad.Además, la flexibilidad del tobillo y el agarre de la suela son excepcionales. Me sorprendió gratamente lo bien que se adaptaron a todo tipo de terrenos. Y todo esto con un peso muy modesto, lo que las convierte en la elección perfecta para excursionistas rápidos como yo.En cuanto a los pequeños inconvenientes, diría que pueden ser un poco calurosas en climas cálidos, pero este detalle es fácilmente superable considerando todas las otras ventajas que ofrecen.Recomendaría estas botas a cualquier persona que busque un calzado versátil y de alta calidad para sus aventuras en la montaña.

Sono scarpe adatte ad un trekking estivo, in ambiente asciutto.Calzano molto aderenti: porto un 42 della Grisport ed ho dovuto prendere un 42.5 della Salewa.Le ho indossate per 4-5 escursioni per un totale di 50 km circa e posso dire che si comportano bene: il piede resta abbastanza fresco, l'aderenza è buona, così come la resistenza.Trovo la calzata leggermente costrittiva per il mio piede (pianta larga), ma nulla di grave: non mi ha causato intorpidimento.La qualità costruttiva è buona, ma non eccelle.La leggerezza comporta dei compromessi, infatti sui terreni rocciosi la suola trasmette maggiormente le asperità e sulle lunghe distanze può creare indolenzimento.Non si trovano a buon mercato, ma con gli sconti raggiungono un prezzo vantaggioso [ 108€ a Lug 23 ]

très bonne accroche, légère, bon déroulement du pied, laçage facile , le bout de la chaussure est un peu serrée, mais je pense qu'avec le temps, ça se cassera.Réflexion après 2 randonnées,sur terrain plat et facile, l'arrière de la chaussure s'est désagrégé, et la semelle me semble assez fragile , pour le prix , ça demande réflexion !!)
