I bought the medium and the large thinking that I would return the one that doesn't fit, but ended up keeping both. I'm 5'3, #115 and the large was, well a bit loose on my knee, but the straps secured the brace to my knee and gave it the right tension that I like. The medium has a more secure fit without the straps and so the straps are an added bonus. Most knee braces do not have the addition of the straps and this brace provides an extra secure firmness.

strapping support above and below the patell is good, on the side is very good. The patella ring itself could be more pronounced. And pay attention the sizing - take the time to measure your exact sizing based on their chart, otherwise you will have to overwrap and leave dangly bits because of this.

Best knee brace I've bought and I have bought several. I tore my meniscus and chipped cartridge in my knee. I was down for quite awhile. This is the only knee brace that made me feel completely supported enough to walk. The top is a bit uncomfortable on my leg, but I just folded it down.

I like how it supports my knee, however the velcro is not the best because it tends to stick to the fabric during the fitting process. It does not dig into my skin like others.
