Lower end headset ... but too low for me relative to price. Also item delivered problematic (possibly defective).
I was hopeful with this item and its price point. I wanted a set of headphones for the occasional skype call. Nothing more - nothing less.$60 for this infrequent purpose seemed great.Item arrived later than it should even though a Prime sale ... annoying but I believe that's an Amazon thing - not the OEM.Unboxing I was immediately disappointed in the quality - felt and looked like cheap plastic...but for $60 I'd get over it.Paired with the PC easily. Sound through the headphones was average (at best) ... went for a trial Skype call ... no microphone provided by the unit - appears to be a manufacturing defect or at least would not operate other than A2DP.Back they go and the search goes on . . .

I love these headphones!! Don't nickel and dime yourself to death like I did!
I got my headphones and have used them three days now, and I really like them. I've probably spent twice the cost of these by buying inexpensive headphones and earbuds, hoping to get by without spending much money. You get what you pay for. They were so poor, one was a Westinghouse and one was a Vivitar, good recognizable brand names, but poorly constructed. I should have bought Rockzilla first. Your headphones are the first I've tried that actually fit over the whole ear so they don't make my ears hurt where my glasses are behind my ear. The sound quality is really good. I have a good bit of hearing loss and these headphones are sharp and clear. I use them mainly for listening to audiobooks while I'm in my studio painting.

Everything but the sound....and a rebuttal to Rockzilla!
This was a MASSIVE disappointment. I rarely leave reviews, but this product inspired me to start. The design is nice, the case is nice, the customer service is nice (if you have an issue, they include a "please contact us before you review anything less than 5 stars" - guess that's why it has five stars from everyone). The sound coming out of these is atrocious. I have 10 and 20 dollar headphones and earphones that give me better sound than these. they are all base, no treble, like listening to audio through a wet sock. I feel obligated to write this review because RockZilla is trying so hard to obliterate anything less than five stars for this product, and I don't think that's right. The sound that comes out of these headphones is not worth five stars. No way. No how. Never. Also, apparently if you try to listen to these while you are charging them, you can ruin them. That is actually in the instructions. I've never heard of such a thing.RESPONSE TO ROCKZILLA: As you can see, Rockzilla replied to my post, as they did other critical posts. I do appreciate that they seem to care about customer service, but that is moot when the product is not up to snuff.....AND >>>> Rockzilla actually tried to discredit me in their response! To my assertion that "I rarely leave reviews, but this product inspired me to start". They replied: "When I look at your profile on Amazon, it shows that you left reviews for 21 other products on the same day that you left a review for our product." That's right! I did! Because your product inspired me to do so,just like I said!!! I rated your product, and then proceeded to rate a large percentage of the MANY products I have purchased. When I considered the product good, I said so, and when it was terrible I said so. And I am not overly critical, and praised the MANY products I loved, but perhaps you want to dispute that as well....? Staggering.Rockzilla also seems to think that every complaint is due to a "defective pair" BUT I tried a second set of these headphones to give them a fair shake and it gave off the same unacceptable sound. One star went to design, and the second star was given for customer service. In the end, it is about the product, and I do not agree that these are the best sound quality for the money.I will admit that Rockzilla is trying very hard to give good customer service, and they have done that, but it will not make me give a false five star rating. That would be a disservice to my fellow online purchasers.

AMAZING.
I'm using these headphones as I write this review and I am continually amazed at the quality! I usually don't write reviews, but I hesitated so much before buying these that I feel like I should dispel any hesitation anyone might have about these.Call quality: no one can even tell I'm using headphones, and the clarity in tone is like they're right there (if their mic is good anyway.)Charging: if only these used micro usb charging. At least they charge FAST.Comfort: I spent over 72 hours in airports and airplanes while using these and they're amazing. I can sleep with them, they don't press on my ears, and they ensconce my ears in material so comfortable that I don't even mind wearing them when I'm not listening to anything. The carrying case is also perfect for travel and perfect in size and durability. I use these while studying and walking to class/work/stores and they've never gotten uncomfortable.Connection: this thing maintains a connection while I'm across the house! I haven't measured it, but it's about 30 ft THROUGH MULTIPLE WALLS. I "tested" it accidentally because I have a tendency of putting my phone down and walking away. But it's not even a problem for these headphones! I only noticed a fault in connection as I was leaving my house, which is a feat since my room is in the back of a five bedroom, one story house.Controls: track skipping, backtracking, call control and volume control are still solid after months of use. I love the track skipping and back tracking as my music taste can vary from minute to minute not according to the shuffle order. One of my favorite things is the volume control in the form of a dial; the variability and precision means I can put my phone on the highest volume and adjust to my EXACT preferences on the headphones themselves. When in public, it's perfect for when you think you hear something but don't want to stop your music completely. On occasion I'll wear something with a high neckline and it might mess with it a little, but mostly it's fine as long as I don't turn my head suddenly (which is bad for your neck anyway.)The aux adaptability is also nice for the occasion when they die or bluetooth isn't completely necessary. I bought this aux cord (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01GEXIIZA/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1) with a mic to use in such instances and they work great together. What's even better is that you still retain the volume control feature on the headphones while using an aux cord!Durability: Let's be honest, I'm a college student who gets into situations sometimes. These have lasted every situation and forgetting under the covers you can imagine (without excessive water, haven't tested that and don't plan on it.) The rotating ability in the headphones themselves has saved me a lot of grief.I thought I was taking a chance on these, but I can't see how anyone could go wrong with this purchase at this price.
