Q: I can't collapse it down! Tried pushing the little silver button in but can't do it...?

Hi there, the little silver knob is hard to push down but I have a pair of long nose pliers and it popped down very quickly when I pinched it with these. After a couple of goes it gets easier and you won’t need pliers I hope that helps

Q: Which grip is for using in sand

There is one specifically for sand, it is a large diameter plastic washer. Works well in sand and soft mud.
