Amazing cleaning results
Really impressed with this steam cleaner I had been looking to buy one for a while but the reviews on other branded machines stopped me from making a purchase as problems with leaks etcThis steam cleaner exceeded my expectations not only does it have every attachment you could ever need it actually works the mold in the bathroom tiles that chemicals could not remove has vanished the grease and stains on my work tops that bleach and scrubbing could not remove has also vanishedOne thing to be wary of is do not pour the water in too quickly otherwise it will not fill the container and will just overflow however this machine is light easy to use has a really long electrical cord so no need to plug i to extension leads the machine was that impressive that after seeing it in use my neigbour asked me to order a second one for themWould i buy again definalty and to have a 10 year parts warranty supplied by the manufacturer makes it even more impressive

Not 'Handy'! Actually the opposite.
First of all, I should mention that I've never used a steamer before, so I was going in fresh here. The instructions are laid out terribly, and are quite vague and don't tell you much about what each attachment does, not good for a beginner.I steamed a few tshirts to get some light creases out and it did make a difference, but having to use both hands to operate the steamer made it more hassle than it was worth. I actually ended up putting creases into them that weren't there before. They weren't crease-free when I finished, just looked a bit better. Not worth it.Next, I tried to clean my oven with it. Wet steam mode is a no-go as my oven was just filling up with water instead of being cleaned. I used it for about 20 seconds and I had to turn it off, wait for it to cool down for about 5 minutes (the filler cap wouldn't budge until it had cooled down) empty it and refill it just to switch to dry mode. This was very time consuming.Back up and running, I start to use it on dry mode. I used both the small scraper (not very effective) and the wire brush (much more effective). The green light changes to red about every 30 seconds, and you have to wait for it to turn green again before it'll work properly. I managed to get the inside of the door done and half of the bottom of the oven done before it ran out of steam. I used it for no more than a few minutes. To refill it I again had to wait for it to cool down to get the cap off, and because I'd used it for longer this time it took 20 minutes to cool down, just so that I could fill it up to carry on.Another annoyance; because there's no off button you have to go to the plug socket and switch it off each time. This handheld steamer isn't easy or comfortable to use. It's heavy and awkward, and requires both hands to do a lot of work meaning you can't use it for long, not that it lasts that long before it's empty!Unless I'm missing something major, I'm going to conclude that this is a pretty useless contraption and it's going to be returned. It's just too awkward and time consuming to use. Also, the attachments started to melt (and I've only used it twice).

Nice little steamer
I purchased this steamer as I wanted a handheld steamer to use in my kitchen. I already have a steamer that I use for the bathroom floor upstairs. For such a small steamer it heats up quickly. I've been using it to clean the cooker hob, the cooker hood vents the oven. It steams away all the grease and dirt and leaves everything streaks free. There are lots of different attachments for different tasks, but I only use a couple of them and don't need the rest, but it's still good to have them available. There's even an attachment to clean glass and mirrors which will come in useful. There are so many attachments that I have kept the box to keep them in there so they don't get lost. There are two choices of stream - dry steam and wet steam. The dry steam is used for fabrics and upholstery. I have used it on my sofa to clean the areas where my cat keeps rubbing up against and it works well. The wet steam has been used on the cooker and it is good. The machine isn't too heavy to carry around so is handy to use when it comes to doing little jobs. It is easy to set up once you know how to use the attachments properly. I had a little mishap with trying to get it to steam with the attachment on and it just wouldn't work. I switched it off and thought maybe there wasn't enough water in the tank, but it wasn't that. I soon realised that the attachment wasn't fitted properly so it wouldn't steam. Doh!I found that I probably got around 20-25 minutes steam action from the machine before having to top it up with water again which works for me. I don't think I will be steaming anything for an hour at a time, so it doesn't matter. My only negative is I thought the price was a bit high for a steamer. It works well, but it's only a steamer and there are cheaper ones out there on the market.Would I recommend? Most definitely, it's a good machine and it does take the chore out of cleaning.

Great concept just doesn't make it easier
I had really high hopes for this steam cleaner but unfortunately it just didn't live up to my expectations. As a busy working mum of 3 I needed to cut down my cleaning time so thought this would do the job, it just didn't. In fact it made cleaning more difficult and added in all this extra water to a surface so I had to wipe anything down I cleaned with it anyway. I used it to try clean the inside of my cooker, for hours I sat there steaming and scrubbing, it made it look slightly better but in no way clean, and I'd wasted hours of my time and multiple towels for all the water when a cleaning product could of had the job actually done in less than 30 minutes. I used it on fabrics and again was disappointed that it just didn't do anything, not a change at all to a mark on the sofa or some fresh mud that got on my child's blazer. Multiple other areas tried around the home and again left disappointed by the results. So unfortunately I will be returning this and returning to my usual cleaning methods. It's also really tricky to fill up, every time I spilt water everywhere and emptying it is just as, if not worse, to do. Found it difficult to hold and use and just to heavy in comparison to a cloth. Wouldn't recommend to others.
