Body Balance System 2-Transducer Harmonic Massage Kit

This kit saved me thousands of dollars on a vibroacoustic sound table, and as far as I know, it's the only one on the market. The manufacturer's set-up instructions do not include the actual installation of the transducers on the underside of the table, but I found pictures of a sound table on line which used the same Aura transducers contained in this kit and made it my installation guide. The installation was easy on the $50 used massage table we picked up on Craigslist.The other major component in the kit is the controller. It is compact and simple to use. There are two stereo inputs for audio sources and outputs for two transducers. Although there were no specs included with the kit (nor could I find any on line), it has adequate power to drive the transducers for the purpose of vibroacoustic massage, without shaking the house down. The kit includes an SD card with low frequency sound recordings preloaded on it that sits in a slot in the controller. There is also room on the card to store your own music. However, in order to play the full frequency spectrum of audio from any sound source but the SD card, you will need to buy a cable with RCA plugs and a Y splitter (see my photo). The length of speaker cable included in our kit was much too short and we needed to spend $10 on extra cable. Omitted instructions, specs, and connectors are the reason I'm giving this four stars instead of five.I haven't had trouble with the remote, but you do have to keep it pretty close to the controller. Also, we did need some additional amplification for the vibration to be strong enough using our phones' audio ( we used two powerful computer speakers), but it worked well with our TV out of the box. I also liked using it with my Samsung Gear VR. It really enhanced the earthquake-like thuds of the dinosaur coming down off its hind legs in the Jurassaic Park video. And adding whole body vibration to to the already multi-sensory light and sound experience of my mind machine was almost a psychedelic experience.Sound tables have been around for a long time but with the advent of new technologies like VR, biofeedback software and recent spiritual technology patents, I think its potential for entertainment and self realization is about to explode, especially with the availability of this affordable entry level kit.
