Excellent product. GREAT Customer Service!!!
The overall quality of the screwdriver is exceptional. They obviously have used some very good metals for the bits and the barrel of the screwdriver. Even the pocket clip is quite strong and should secure the driver in your pocket easily yet firmly. And the screw cap for the bit storage compartment is very nicely threaded, and easy to take off and on. And the barrel has excellent, very aggressive knurling that makes the driver very easy to hold onto even though it is small. This should be an excellent driver for hobbyists.Contrary to the statement made in the list of product features, it does not have any bits that are actually small enough to repair eyeglasses. I suppose it could be of some benefit in repairing a watch, though even that is unlikely, IMHO. It would definitely be suitable for SOME computer and electronic repair work, but be advised that the bits are held in by a rather strong magnet. That could be a problem if you need to use it near some computer components that can be damaged by magnetic fields.IMO, if you plan on keeping it in your pocket, tool box, brief case, glove box, or office desk for general repair needs that require TORX T5, T6, T7, T8, Phillips #0, 1 & 2, slotted 2.0 & 3.0mm bits, this product should do the job quite nicely.Other than the fact that I had hoped to use the tool in my glove box to repair my glasses while on the road, the only issue I had with the product's design was that when you insert a bit, the magnet holds it into place, however, the magnet is ALL that is holding the bit in place. The bits do not fit snugly into the socket. In fact, if there was not a magnet, I have no doubt the bit would fall out instantly. As it is, the bit has so much room to move from side to side that you can literally move the tip of each bit back and forth a full 1/16 of an inch. Not exactly what one needs when trying to do precision work that requires full control of your tools. That being said, I need to add that the magnet does a great job of holding the bit securely in the socket. I even attempted to intentionally and violently sling a bit out of the socket with out success. All in all, the tool is well made and in my humble opinion it is an EXCELLENT value. That being said, the tool did not meet my specific needs, as described above, so I called the company to get a refund. They were extremely professional and courteous about it, and IMMEDIATELY refunded my money without any hassle.IMO, when you combine the quality of the tool with their excellent customer service, they earn a solid 5 star rating.

Great little screwdriver for the price
Product is exactly as described. I bought this and was a little worried that it would not be small enough to replace the hard drive on my laptop, but the bits were exactly the right size. The bits feel like they could take a beating, and fit snugly in the shaft of the pen for storage. A few other reviews give the product a worse review because they could not get them to fit, but there is just enough space if you slide them in 3 at a time. The torx shaped bits were a huge plus too!. On the cons side, the bits are not quite as magnetic as I'd like, the screws I took out did not always stick onto the bits when I lifted them out, but this was exactly what I needed for only a few bucks.

Great Kit
This little kit was exactly what I was looking for, for a reasonable price. The handle is sturdy and doesn't feel cheap; all 9 bits fit inside as described. The tip seems to have a great fit, and the magnet inside is strong enough to hold it securely in place. My one, admittedly minor, complaint is that the bits don't fit as securely inside as I'd like and rattle around inside as you're using it. Conversely, the magnet near the base is usually strong enough that it will hold one or two bits at the bottom where they need to be firmly shaken out.The product also supposedly comes with a lifetime manufacturer warranty, but nothing on the packaging actually indicates this or provides any contact information should you need to contact the manufacturer who also doesn't seem to have a Website. :/

Did NOT have a Phillips bit small enough for my late-2008 Macbook
I purchased this screwdriver bit set so that I could replace the hard disk drive in my late-2008 Macbook with a solid state drive. Unfortunately, the set doesn't have a Phillips bit that is small enough to unscrew the screws that secure the bottom cover of the Macbook. (This is also true for the late-2011 Macbook Pro for which I replaced the HDD w/ an SSD -- the included Phillips bits in this set aren't fine / precise enough to undo the screws for the bottom cover.) Fortunately, I had an eyeglasses screwdriver that fit.The T6 bit was perfect for the screws for securing the HDDs and SSDs, though. The bits DO fit in the handle, however. It helps if you drop them in as three separate bunches of three. And, I only used them a few times, but they seem sturdy and long lasting. As long as you don't need that smaller Phillips bit, then I would recommend the set as being decent. I had to give the lower rating because the set didn't work well for what I purchased it for, though.

Handy, but not maybe not as "precision" as you'd like
This is handy for small-ish screws, not *very* small screws... There are multiple sizes included, they store in the handle... While there is a nice selection of very small TORX sizes, the same can't be said for the phillips screws... Don't expect to be removing the tiniest of screws with it... As a real word example, the phillips bits were all too large for the screws on the bottom of a MacBook pro... And none of the bits would come close to fitting any screws in any glasses I own... It's convenient enough for a lot of things (It's now pretty much the official "open the battery cover on kids toys" house tool), It's NOT a substitute for a jeweler's screwdriver set... Also, the machining is not quite what you might expect from the "Micro Precision" label... The cap on the end fits and closes, but the threads are a little rough. For eight bucks, I'm moderately pleased...

Useful device
Whole this screwdriver comes with a large amount to screwheads, many of them seem to be for the star type screws, of which I dont see often. I needed these more for an eyeglass screwdriver, but I wanted to have more screwhead options. The main negative/positive with this screwdriver is the fact it has a compartment on the bottom to store the head inserts you are not using. While this is great, when you are unscrewing something, you have the tendency to unscrew the bottom as well. I wish the bottom was a snap on one.
