I live in a very northern climate that receives minimal sunlight during the winter. I bought a grow fixture that contains 8 - T5 HO bulbs. We hung it in our office to offset the winter blues (SAD). It came with 6,500 K bulbs which are very much on the blue side. We decided to throw these bulbs in the mix, so now 4 bulbs are 6,500 K and the other 4 are these 2,700 K. This makes for a very warm, full spectrum lighting. We haven't used them for growing/flowering, but I'm sure they would work great. They are very bright!
