Fastest turnaround time possible.It came in a nice gift box (it seems like a lot of websites which offer these items ask you to pay an extra £6 or something for a box!)Also the best value (cheapest price) which I could find online for this kind of personalised item.Engraving was great, no issues at all, the gift was highly appreciated.Super happy overall. Very fast for a personalised item
I needed it in about a week's time, but it came the next day well within the predicted time! It was all as described and with accurate engraving. So if you need something urgently this is the firm to try!

Carrier at fault
Excellent product and customer service as the parcel was 5 days late but could see by the tracking that this was the fault of the carrier, Hermes (Eris), I have had a lot of trouble with this carrier in the past and don't know why Amazon use them.

Made a colleague happy
I had a protugese african cooleague who was a marine expert. She charmingly pronounced quay as Quaich. Made me smile. ( Think about the pronouciation of quay for a moment). So got her one ! Brilliant present !
