First charge can take up to 10-12 hours.
First inspection thought ok for price good. After sitting watching the charge light for about 10 hours started thinking i had a Duff one. Next morning resumed charging about a hour and half charger turned orange then yellow then finally green. Was worth the wait is Bright Small but not too small batteries last about 6 hours on full. I find that very good so on minimum settings i imagine 8 hours plus. Just be patient when first charging it will go green eventually some people just cannot wait or have no patience. Overall it is a sound buy. i've drained it twice now charge time has come down to about 5- hours and lasts well very bright also.

Broken after 2 months
This worked well initially and was bright enough to light my loft while laying new insulation, but just 2 months in and the power button no longer works. The light is stuck as being on which makes it worthless as a portable light as it now has to stay plugged in constantly. I wouldn't advise anyone else to buy this due to the poor durability.

30w led works light Rechargeable.
I ordered two to use either outside or in the garage, however only one works really good I'm very pleased with. The down thing is I can't get a replacement or return or my money back for the one that doesn't work. I have tried.

very handy
bought 2 medium ones and one small one in case of power cuts. small one for gf as she not liking light too bright and small one has 3 settings plus a flashing blue and red which is handy for a car if you break down. the two medium ones have only 2 settings plus blue and red flashing. recharge cord a bit short not a big issue and has red and green led on plug to show when charged do not know about water proof but overall very happy with this product

Cheap & Cheerful - battery cover is flimsy (almost certainly not rainproof) and needed taping in place.
