6 month update - since taking a Sudafed 30 minutes before my flights I haven’t had any more sinus issues. I have had 10+ flights since starting taking these for flying and they work great. Prior to taking these I was pretty consistently getting sinus infections now I’m able to fly with no sinus pressure issues. They work great for me.My doctor recommended this to me because on my last 4 flights I would come home with an ear infection. He suggested I take one of these 30 minutes before my flight takeaways to keep my sinuses open during the flight. Ever since starting using these I haven’t had another one and that was 5 trips ago. I would recommend these if you ever experience the same issue.
