Love this little unit, so many different rhythms to it. easy to charge and long lasting. i have diabetes type 2 and suffer with my feet , this works so well. Lots of spare pads and leads included in kit and a good strong box to keep it in

Great price you get alot of extra pads, it has lots of different settings easy to use and compact, long battery life, comes with a handy manual to tell you where to put each pad for whatever the issue is I suffer with fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis and have found this to be helpful on days where I am in alot of pain. Highly recommend

Three months in and my display has stopped working. Little bit annoying but it does still work

I ordered this in a certain degree of 'desperation', having experienced two days and nights of intense muscle spasms in my lower back, which left me unable to stand, sit or lie comfortably. It was delivered quickly and it took me about 5 minutes to rip open the package, read the instructions, stick the pads on and choose mode and intensity. Never having used one of these machines, the sensation was rather odd, but it made an immediate difference - dulling the pain of the spasms remarkably. It might not cure the underlying problem, but it certainly has proven to have a marked palliative effect for me. It has also meant that I have not had to rely as much on oral analgesia - paracetamol, ibuprofen and diclofenac lotion - which I consider a benefit in itself. And, as the pain has been mitigated, it has allowed me to begin regaining mobility and flexibility. Coincidentally, it has also made me realise that pain has a very rapid negative effect on mood and outlook and using this machine has improved both very quickly.Considering the price, ease of use, battery life and effectiveness in masking the pain, I would certainly recommend considering this machine for those who are looking to deal with the kind of acute episode that I have experienced. For me, it has been money very well spent.

Suffering from recent severe back pain (muscular I think?) I took a punt on this unit as it appears identical to another well rated version, only this one had more extra pads and a few quid cheaper.I didn't want to spend too much as I had no idea if it would work to relieve my back pain, I figure if it works I could always upgrade in future, turns out there is NO need to upgrade as this little unit is near perfect! :)Upon first usage I was blown away, just wow, the pain relief was near instant just using 1 channel (2 pads), 2 channels and 4 pads was bliss, better still the pain relief lasted a while after the 30 minute cycle ended.Rechargeable was a plus and the unit itself is very compact and pocket friendly, a shame there's no belt clip but a cheapo large phone clip pouch soon sorted that.I honestly don't care about any of its slight shortfalls as overall it is worth every penny and some, even if it broke in 1 month I would still say it is money well spent for the pain relief I received from it as it gave me mobility instantly.The instructions were't very good but nothing a quick YouTube search didn't sort out.I have no idea if this is a magic bullet for all pain but it worked a charm for mine.
