Not a reliable product.
I have 2 previous models BAR338PA from Oregon Scientific, that I truly loved. But alas, evidently they do not manufacture any more because I can't find them on their website. This one is strictly battery operated. The temperature keeps dropping out even though the outdoor sensor is on line of sight only about 15 feet away. I would not recommend this product.

Fine product. I've purchased three. The sensor in the latest purchased August, 2017 failed in April. I have tried three times to contact Oregon Scientific for warranty return with not response. I am unable to recommend a product with no customer service or response.

Verbindung zum Sensor
Ich benutze seit ca. 17 Jahren einen Wecker von Oregon Scientific. Trotz teils rüder Behandlung funktioniert der noch bestens, daher habe ich mich bei der Wetterstation wieder für die Marke entschieden. Leider erfüllt diese gar nicht meine Erwartungen - sie verliert von Anfang an mindestens zweimal täglich die Verbindung zum Sensor, auch wenn dieser nur ca. 3m entfernt hinter dem Fenster steht (außer dem Fenster gibt es keine Hindernisse, es besteht sozusagen Sichtkontakt). Der Sensor muss dann jedes mal manuell neu verbunden werden, was leider auch meist erst nach mehreren Versuchen gelingt. Ähnliches wurde in anderen Rezensionen auch schon geschrieben, a.G. meiner guten Erfahrungen habe ich den Kauf trotzdem riskiert. Ärgerlich, da es sonst ein gut zu bedienendes Gerät ist.Ich werde das Gerät zurückgeben.
