Awesome Sauce, literally!
A must-try sauce. Its got an excellent blend of flavors that I have not found in any other hot sauce. Its not my friend's and family's favorite cause because its smoky, slightly spicy, slightly sweet and all balanced. Its not really anywhere near as hot as it might seem, according to the ingredients label. I would rate it as partway between mild and medium. The heat comes on slowly and gently so folks that usually only go for mild sauce have done well with this one. Its awesome on literally everything! We use it on all our homemade food: tacos; burritos; steaks; eggs; omelettes; mushrooms; chicken, beef and turkey burgers; beans, chicken, grilled veggies, homemade salsa and fish tacos. Its good on spaghetti sauce (if all you have are canned tomatoes and/or canned tomato sauce then you can use Evil Cowboy to make a cheater sauce instantly in a pinch. Its awesome on BBQ anything and even on fried fish (especially if its a stronger fish), We sometimes dip french fries into it, or even better are homemade steak fries dipped into Evil Cowboy. We discovered this awesome sauce at the Albuquerque Hot & Fiery Food Festival where we tried it against all the other hot sauces there (were were there tasting the entire day) and by far this is the winner, its complex flavors, smoky overtone and gentle heat make this a great match to so many foods. We like to take their tiny portable bottle of Evil Cowboy (my wife thinks the mini bottle is cute so she hangs it off her purse) everywhere with us to spice up fast food and even restaurant food that is not up to par is made amazing with a few drops of the Evil Cowboy!

Evil cowboy, a fiery gift from beyond?
I first tried this devilish brew at the fiery food festival in Albuquerque a few years back. Let me tell you, it is amazing. While at a festival celebrating great flavor and spicy food, in a city that takes pride in the same, this sauce won the show for me. I was very excited to be able to purchase this on Amazon, my fridge regularly has a bottle in it now. But it goes quick around here. It's great on eggs, BLT'S, burritos, chicken, tacos, and just about anything you want to spice up. Really do yourself a favor and get yourself a bottle from these fine folks.

Amazing Flavor
You have to give this sauce a try. It has the perfect smoky flavor with that right type of heat that will not take away from the flavor of the dish you are putting it on. i have used it on everything from tacos, to hard-boiled eggs. it is my go to hot sauce. 100% a must try. evil Cowboy Bloody-Mary Mix is also a must try!

Great Smoky Touch
Sauce is in my top 5. But...please put a shaker top on it, vs. the wide pouring opening!

Love this hot sauce
This is a North Texas hot sauce and is now a staple in our house. Don't let the ghost pepper scare you, this sauce has just a little kick of heat hiding behind a ton of flavor. It's much more of a barbeque sauce that happens to have some ghost pepper in it. This pairs wonderful with beef; I can't eat a ground beef, egg, and cheese breakfast taco without it. If you want to turn up the heat, they have another version called "Sacrifice" that has a lot more kick to it.

Love this sauce
I tried this at a fiery food festival and haven't looked back. I love this sauce although I refer to it as a flavor sauce and not a hot sauce. It's got a little bit of a spicy kick to it but it is delicious. to me, it's similar to a smoky BBQ sauce. I put it on everything....eggs, sandwiches, burritos, etc. I wish it came on a bottle 4 times this size.

More BBQ Sauce Than Hot Sauce
I bought this sauce on a recommendation from a friend and it turned out to be not my type of hot sauce. I would characterize it as more of a spicy BBQ sauce rather than a "hot sauce". The second ingredient is tomato paste, third is vinegar, giving it more of a character of a vinegar-based BBQ sauce. It is fairly runny and vinegary but does provide a decent backing of smokey heat. If I characterized it as a BBQ sauce, its a pretty good one. Although I'd say for the price they ask for the sauce, the value just isn't there. If this was $5 for a 20 oz bottle, I'd consider it a decent deal but $10 for 5 oz is way off the mark. Overall, decent BBQ sauce, not a hot sauce.
