Does it get air in your bottom

Only if you let it run too long--shut it off BEFORE the water level is down to the end of the take up tube. ALSO- Run it for 2 -3 seconds in the tub, shower or sink BEFORE you inset it (to get the air out of the take up tube).

Do you use distilled water with this?

Hello, we recommend customer to use water only, other kind of liquid might damage the enema or might block the sprinklers.

Does this work well for vaginal douching?

I wouldn’t know 😉 however I’m sure on lowest speed it would work fine
