I have taught my daughter to track her period as well as how to be aware of what her cycle and is like on each day of it. She likes these charcoal pads as they offer her a comfortable fit and reduce the natural but to be honest, unpleasant odor that accompanies the period. She feels confident with these pads.

I have these on auto ship , bc can’t beat the price! I have 2 teens and they haven’t complained about them- the pads fit great and not bulky like they’re wearing a diaper.

My daughter really likes these, I believe it’s because of the comfort. She is 14 and has had her period for about a year now. She has tried others but prefers these.

I bought them for my teen as they were hard to find in the store. She needed a smaller size as she is petite. They were priced well.
