Zuca Pro easy to use and saved my back
I was sold on the sit-ability of the Zuca. Standing around and waiting in lines takes a toll on my back. Knowing I can sit down at any time on the Zuca was comforting. And it holds my 210 lbs easily. The Zuca fit easily into the overhead bin of Delta's 737-800 and b737 aircraft. I was concerned because Delta lists the maximum dimension of carry-on baggage as 9 inches (24" x 14" x 9"), while the Zuca's smallest dimension is 10 inches. But the Zuca slid easily into the overhead bin, wheels first. The Zuca also held a week's worth of vacation clothes ... for a man. My son and I used Zuca's (one for each of us) for the week; but there is no way it would have worked for my wife for that long. Zuca's method of rolling clothes and putting them into the removable, flexible cubes was interesting, but it worked. It was also convenient to simply remove the cubes from the Zuca and through them in the drawers at the hotel. The Zuca handled well and was quite. The bag or liner portion of the Zuca removes and reinstalls easily enough with just zipper and Velcro attachments. I bought a black bag in black frame, and a red bag in a silver frame, but swapped them out because I felt it looked better. I note that the black bag was made completely from the same, rugged looking material; but the red bag had ends or tabs formed of another material, like a vinyl or plastic looking material. Finally, I just really like the modern look of the Zuca. I particularly like the visible exoskeleton. The Zuca got lots of looks at the airport.

heavy for carry on, but roomy
This is a great tool with several containers. It was purchased for a make-up artist who uses it to compartmentalize make-up and brushes so they can be easily found on site. Not to mention, he can sit on it while waiting for the client(s).My one issue was that he used it once as carry on luggage and it was already so heavy he couldn't fit much in it without going over the weight limit by the airline. So I would warn people against buying this as regular carry on luggage.

Best bag yet!
Excellent Bag, sturdy and well made. It is quite expensive but was worth the wait. I have had many carry-on bags that tip over this one is perfect and makes me want to be more organized!

Great for sitting on but difficult to pull
When Switzerland decides to have the world’s longest immigration lines you definitely want to have this carry on to sit on. It can easily hold a 300-400 pound person. But it falls over constantly when you pull it through an airport or even worse through a narrow airplane or on an escalator. It falls over constantly and the handle collapses every minute or so. It does hold a remarkable amount of stuff and the packing cubes are handy as are the side pockets. I will only use it on trips when I fear an extremely long immigration line like Geneva, Puerto Vallarta and Vancouver. Otherwise it’s too inconvenient.

bad shopping experience
I am a senior and I ordered the zuca pro bag because I like the idea I can sit when I need to. I thought the bag is too expensive but I ordered it anyway. The bag finally arrived. It is a great little bag just like the picture on the web, but I can tell immediately that it was a "used" bag. I can see the wheels and the bottom of the stand were all scratched from usage. Also there was no tag of the product attached like a new bag should. The packing pouch set was in a opened plastic bag & the travel cover was not even folded nicely without a plastic cover. Also there is no packing slip included in the box. The zuca bag came in its own cardboard box then it was placed in a larger cardboard box shipped to me. The outside cardboard box was too big for me to place in/out of the car to UPS for return. So I contacted customer service and asked for a discount (including some pictures of the wheels/bottom stand) due to a used bag was shipped to me. The customer service rep sent me a return label and told me to return this bag for an exchange of a new bag, he did not offer a discount to me. I had no choice so I followed the return instruction and asked a friend dropped the big return box to UPS for me. Later I thought about this... it was a bad shopping experience... so I emailed customer service to ensure I get a refund and I do not want them to ship me another bag, I still have my old travel bag I can use next week for short trip. Bad shopping experience, so I give it a one star. The seat is a great travel bag feature for seniors or anyone with some disability and those can not stand for long with no seats around... I shopped at Amazon before, this is my first bad experience...

Faulty handle
Within two working trips the screw on the handle kept coming loose. I decided I would GO BACK WITH MY STRONG CREW BAG. I actually don't think that the handle on this bag in my opinion doesn't seem teal strong. I am a crew member with Southwest and was recommended THIS BAG but I like my STRONG bag designed by a crew member better!

Great way to pack luggage
I've had this suitcase for 5+ yrs., I b-lieve. And a scatterbrain like me NEEDS this orderly & sturdy system when I infrequently travel. The individualized zippered bags for ea. type of clothing, e.g. shirts, slacks, etc. helps to prioritize & minimize a la Rick Steves-like. The sturdy outer metal shell stands up to a lot of baggage-handler torture. So do the extra-sturdy wheels (no breakage to date).

Love it
It was well worth the price. So easy to use and holds so much stuff. I would recommend this suitcase to everyone.
