Good purchase
I was very happy with this purchase, as it was a Christmas present for my daughter, and she is very happy with it. I was even more happy that we received it right before Christmas, as I was afraid it wouldn't arrive in time, but it did. I would have giventhis Seller five stars, but when the flat iron arrived, the packaging envelope it arrivedin was falling apart, with the stuffing coming out of it. Not sure if this was the seller's fault, or perhaps it was the fault of the mail (USPS or UPS). Either way, overall, I was very happy with my purchase from this particular seller.

Not Exactly What I Expected
The mini flat iron that comes with this for free, is not the KQC mini. I was under the impression it would be, It is a no name one that I didn't have a chance to try, but looks like it was maybe worth $5.Just wanted to give a heads up.I am not sure if the "Red Devil" is the standard KQC flat iron that is very popular on youtube and the same as I once tested myself, but this one is just okay. My hair isnt left silky like i expected. It isn't much different from my other iron. I expected more simply because I'd once tried my sister's. I do realize now the there are differen KQC irons and the "Red Devil" may be a lesser quality, hence the lesser price. You live and you learn I guess.

i looooooooooovvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvveeeeeeeeee these flat irons.....its like they came from heaven i use to go to the hair salon for a good flat iron that costed me $55 every time and i would need a flat iron every 3 days.i have really thick hair. i was tired of paying all that money so i looked up about good flat irons that would not burn or break your hair and the KQC flat irons where #1 on the list and i see why...so dont even think about it just get it. im serious i got my whole family on KQC products because it works. the temperatures vary too...it goes from 200 to like 410...which is puuurfect for any hair type. its also not like those cheap beauty supply kinds where you have to keep going over your hair 1 time is all you need with the KQC....but im telling you its good...so go on and try it...

KQC prodcuts are the best
Best flat iron out there. You wont fine any other flat iron that glides as smoothly as this one. Creates perfect curls as well. Been using mine for over 3 years now and it is still going strong!
