Potentially dangerous as loose front panel could cause suffocation
The media could not be loaded. I have three of these Nanit swaddle bags and all of them have developed a fault with the velcro material which I think is dangerous. They have been washed carefully in laundry bags. The velcro quickly loses its stickiness meaning the front panel could become loose and cover babies face during sleep. I reported these as being potentially dangerous they confirmed they would remove this product from the website. However I can see it’s still for sale. I am in the process of returning these so they can be inspected by the manufacturers.A better design would be to use poppers or a better quality velcro.

Not impressed
I really want to love this, but there are many areas for improvement. The reason is has 2 stars is for the technology but that’s where the greatness ends. The material isn’t nice and feels very slinky and synthetic. I can’t imagine it would be very nice if breathable to sleep in. The fit itself is pretty awful too and the length doesn’t accommodate long babies. Have since purchased the breathing band to go around sleeping bags we already have and this has gone to the back of the wardrobe. Not impressed for the price. I would skip this entirely and just buy the band

Runs small
Have already sized up and already outgrew it, the sizes run very small. Other than that it’s a great product works great with the Nanit and gives you peace of mind

Will last for months
I got the 3 to 6. My baby is 14 pounds right now. You can still wear it for multiple more months. Have not had any issues with the Velcro deteriorating. I will say that it easily will ride up to your babies chin when they are swaddled, I usually have to go in and wiggle it down a few times. My baby stopped liking to be swaddled so I leave his arms up and just zip the sack up to under his armpit. Still works like it should.

Good but not great
These are the only swaddles that work with the Nanit system and overall they function pretty well. They're simple compared to other swaddles and can generally keep her hands at bay. Two main problems though. First, they take FOREVER to dry. You have to crank the heat way up and even then, it takes an eternity. Not great for how often you need to wash them. In fact, I'm waiting for the dryer right now. Second, the sizing is way off. No way a 15lb can fit into a small. My 9lb baby has vastly outgrown it already by many inches. All in all, not bad, but not great.

Great product, but low quality with a potential suffocation hazard.
We’ve loved Nanit products and wanted to stay in their ecosystem with sleep/breathing wear to easily monitor our newborn. We’ve been using this product for just about a month and we’ve noticed the Velcro becomes very weak. While our 3 month old sleeps the Velcro flap with breathing pattern becomes easily loose. It barely holds without him in it. The swaddle has only ever been hand washed and air dried. A loose piece of fabric like this could easy cover a newborn’s face and be a suffocation hazard.I’m timid to move up to the sleeping bag since they’re the same Velcro style.
