I have one for my work area, another one over the sink in the garage, and a number of them lined-up under my kitchen cabinets to light my countertops. I'm very happy with them as they provide bright, even light. These lights are easy to install, too, with two screws on each end and caps, and easy to attach to your power with an access port in the back and auto-grab inserts for the electrical wires. They are also quite slim. They have a high and low setting (I suppose the low setting is to provide more atmospheric light vs task lighting), plus can be set to one of three possible color temps, from more of a warm light, to more of a cooler light. The warm light is not quite the same as that from halogen or incandescent bulbs, but LEDs produce less heat and last for years depending on usage. The lights are also easy to daisy chain either directly (like puzzle pieces) or with short extension wires. They are very expensive, for sure, but if they fit your budget, I highly recommend them.

Nice looking unit, easy installation, nice and bright!

It took me quite a while to figure out how to mount this 24" version, as the directions make no sense. Here's how: 2 screws are provided in the package. Near each end of the light is a hole that goes all the way through from the front to the back side (you can see them in the manufacturer images to the left of the product). Insert the screws from the light-emitting side and screw them in until the screw points are flush with the fixture back side (which goes up against the cabinet). Hold the fixture up with one hand against the cabinet and use the other to finish screwing the screw until it goes no further. Then do the other side. Very easy once I figured out how (which took me a 1/2 hour!)I used the power cord install. You need to unscrew a tiny screw on the side by the on/off switch that holds a piece of metal that says INPUT, which is where the cord plugs in. If you hard-wire instead, good luck as the instructions for that looked pretty convoluted to me.The good news is that I found the packaging great, and the light itself worked nicely though all the 6 settings. This review would be 5-stars if it wasn't for the directions.

Installation is a bit harder than anticipated but went well overall. I have several of these lights and the color of the light is inconsistent between the lights on the same settings. Overall it color is close and as the lights are not right next to each other, the inconsistency does not show unless you look for it.

We had hoped to improve workspace lighting on our new countertops and achieved everything we could have wanted with these NSL LED units. We purchased four of them, two of which are shown in the photo. Though we had hoped to hardwire all four together on a single dimmer switch, this proved impossible. Fortunately there were 120 volt outlets under each cabinet, so we were able to install them by cutting the sheetrock before installing the wall tile, and hardwired each one back to the nearby outlet without having to expose the wires. The illumination is great and the choice of color temperatures allowed us to highlight the colors in the wall tile and countertop. Would definitely buy again!

This light provides necessary illumination of our cooktop. It had to be professionally installed, but is exactly what we need to provide light in our kitchen.

I purchased 5 of these units in a variety of sizes to replace old and worn out Xenon fixtures. The options are wonderful allowing us to choose the color temperature as well as the brightness. Installation was a breeze with all the necessary hardware and the ability to daisy-chain the units without wiring. A little more money that competitors but it was well worth the expense for units this good.
