I WAS CONNED
I bought four of these sets by accident. I'd been looking for inexpensive toddler flatware for the holidays and these seemed cute and, at $3.99, reasonable enough to throw two on as an Amazon "add-on." At Checkout, they didn't show on the list, so I put them on again, this time opting for 2 different patterns instead of both the same. I hit the button and 4 sets arrived in 3 separate order envelopes. Yes, they worked in the toddler hands. The handles are cute, although the "stainless steel" is laughably thin. Still, the babies weren't cutting steak. I would have expected to see these priced at slightly less than $3.99 in my grocery store's baby aisle - but hey, I had them at hand. We used 2 sets and I sent the 2 extra sets home with the families. So I was shocked to pull up my Amazon records last night and see I was charged $11.99 for one set of flatware. That price is a joke for flatware that is barely a step up from plastic. And I have no way of returning a set. I feel I was cheated by some flaw in the website

Flatware is about right because they are flat
The metal on these is not thick like other brands that I have purchased. It's kind of hard to explain. The design has already started to come off. If I remember correctly, the description by the seller said flatware and that about sums it up. They do the job though.

do not want to knock the item too much since ...
do not want to knock the item too much since it was less than three dollars....so simply it is every bit a product not worth more than three dollars. I am sure the set will be used, but the 5-dollar sets at local stores are sturdier.

Cheaply made
These look and feel very cheap. Very thin metal, and the plastic feels flimsy. I'll keep them because of the price, but I wouldn't purchase again.
