Hamilton Versa-Packs Equine Cantle Bag/Fanny Pack Deluxe, Brown

Two hidden features, a saddle cover that comes out the bottom section and an extension to make this a full back pack comes out the top. These features take up half the room in the pack! Darn. it is perfect if it had some more space. I want to have first aid kit, tree saw, easy boot, jacket, a lunch, etc. This is going to be really tight. Jacket will have to go on top but there are no straps for that. I guess that is what you get when you go for duel purpose (hike or ride) compromise that works well for neither. I am still trying to find this design in just a cantle pack.

good material and I liked where the drink holders are but have two areas in the bag was way too much room for an average trial ride.

The bag's straps broke after first use. Horse was tied at trailer, swung his rear around and the strap snapped in two. It also sits very high. We didn't use the water bottles since it seemed very unstable. Might do better behind a saddle with a higher cantle, if the straps held up .

This cantle bag it's simply: GREAT. I used it two times already and put 3 windbreakers in the main compartment. The sadle cover, located in the lower compartment it's a super practical feature that protects it during the rain. It also can be converted to backpack. The two bottles are a nice addition. Excellent product!!!!
