10 out of 10 to this company for tremendous service. My initial delivery was missing both a power pack and darts - clearly a packing error. Within days however a replacement product was issued in full Great communication, great service and a great product. Thank you

Very difficult to return despite Amazon offering free returns / refunds
The dart board does not function as described - the soft tip darts routinely rebound from the board. When you attempt to use the Amazon free return system you are forwarded to the delivery company’s website which is inaccessible without paying a return fee, and provide the the sellers information which is very difficult to find. It feels like a very sophisticated scam which I continue to pursue. Buy with caution.

GREAT FUN
I bought this to try and get my Grandson away from his screen (he is 12)We played with it on Christmas Day, as a family, for hours, it really was good fun and highly recommended,

Sturdy, big and fun
This was bought for my uncle who isn't well and needed something to distract him. He loves playing darts but the whole pointy tip is a no no. I looked for one of these for ages and after reading review after review I saw this snd I'm glad I did. It's big, as in you can actually see the numbers around the board, the darts are sturdy, as in, my uncle is a fully grown man and he is really throwing those darts and nothing has broken. The electric scoring and different games is great because he didn't get all anxious and subtracting the scores and it allows him to play by himself and have fun. Overall it doesn't the job I bought it for and I would recommend.

GREAT FUN ELECTRONIC DARTBOARD
easy to hang, good fun to play..... careful if you are playing on a hard floor , as when the datrs bounce out ( and they will) the tips break quite easily when hitting the floor.other than that highly recommended..
