Great for Dogs
We used theses on our trip up to the mountains. We knew our pups would run and we wanted them to- but we needed to watch after them to make sure they didn’t go too far. This was so handy because you can set the perimeter and when they go outside of it it alerts you. We didn’t have to spend every second wondering where they were or if they had run off and the moment they did we knew. It also is super simple to follow and the sounds helped make us find one of our dogs when she ran. We have them hanging in the camper-van ready for our next adventure!

Crap! Total crap! Do not buy!!
Just got our first chance to try using them. They go off constantly if you just walk around the other side of a tree from the base. No matter what you do they go off. It won’t go off for a little while and I’m about moving suddenly it’ll start going off. I want to return them but of course I missed the return window by four days. I just hadn’t had a chance to use them until we went camping.

It false alerts too much.
I live on 24 acres of treed land. My Rottweiler likes to wander occasionally so I bought the RF Guardian Angel to be alerted when she wanders too far from the house. To my disappointment, the alarm goes off frequently even when she's standing next to the base station or close by. The system is useless for the intended purpose as I'm constantly having to get up to look for my dog when she's on the front porch (not even 10 ft. away from the base station). My property is so remote there's no television or radio reception (and barely cellular reception). My nearest neighbor is over a mile away, so I know it's not false alerting due to RF interference.
