Irwin 1858318 FK100 Folding Utility Knife

Excellent grip for comfort and utility. Stores nicely in my front pocket, keep it with me all day, everyday for general contracting. Lightweight and made of high quality materials. Blade changeover isn’t difficult if you follow the simple instructions. I have recommended this product to others and will continue to do so.

My favorite folding utility knife and the only one I’ll ever buy as long as they make it. I’ve had it for years.

As others have said the blade locking button is a failure. Removed original blade with extreme difficulty, inserted a new blade with extreme difficulty. Couldn't remove the blade again.

Total piece of crap. Screws came stripped, this should not matter except in this case the blade lock mechanism would not engage to allow a blade in. Took it apart to fix and found the interior screw so stripped it was unserviceable. Not worth the effort to fix just returning too bad too, the design is nice Irwin just failed on the quality control here.
