Excellent product
Easy to set up and use, really pleased with it, now just waiting for herbs, would recommend this product and seller, no issues from order to delivery.

Arrived smashed to pieces
Was thrown over the fence and smashed to absolutely smithereens. Waste of money and waste of a gift. Fuming that then expected to go through returns process to return a box of smashed glass. Terrible

Lovely Gift
My friend was thrilled & said its much nicer to receive than flowers. Once the herbs have grown, it might not be the most practical way of growing them, but it's fun and looks really pretty. Very good quality product.

Great kit & Seller
All of mine grew except the mint (full disclosure - their instructions say mint is hard to grow and needs certain conditions so I could have easily misjudged the climate of the shelf it was on. I also don't have the best reputation at keeping plants alive as it is). The rest all grew quickly. The customer service was amazing and they went over what I think it would be reasonable to expect when I had a broken jar.

Excellent customer service.
Excellent customer service, 2 of the jars were unfortunately damaged during postage, this was sorted instantly with replacement items received within 2 days. Product is exactly as expected, would definitely recommend and use again.

Don’t
We thought we could go greener and to be able to consume our own herbs which the idea was great. I won’t recommend you this. Is totally a waste of time. Herbs grow but so hard to take them out to replant. What’s the point? Buy seeds from a supermarket which are way cheaper and use recycling jars instead if you like this idea.
