Mumba Dockable Case for Nintendo Switch, [Blade Series] TPU Grip Protective Cover Case Compatible with Nintendo Switch Console and Joy-Con Controller (Purple)

I love my new grip case! It looks very nice and is super lightweight, sturdy, and very ergonomic and comfortable for those longer handheld gaming sessions! Hugs the Switch nicely; not too lose or too tight. The charging port, cartridge slot, headphone jack, power & volume buttons are all still very easily accessible! The material is hard but with a very slightly soft feel, which makes it pretty easy to get on and off if need be. The fact that the joycons are able to be swapped out without taking the case off is an extra bonus! The cherry on top of it all is the fact that it DOES DOCK. I was skeptical at first due to a lot of the reviews claiming it's not actually dockable. Well, it is for me. Pics included! I do not have a screen protector, so I'm not sure if that will affect it docking as much as people say it will. YES, it is a bit tight. NO, it is not that bad. I don't feel like I'm going to damage anything by docking it with the case. It takes a slight push down in the dock, due to the very slight lip on the bottom of the case around the charging port. That's it. Just don't pretend you're the Hulk and you'll be ok lol. I mostly got this case for the handheld comfort, but the ability to dock is really awesome since I charge my Switch pretty much exclusively on the dock. The only thing this case doesn't have is quick access to the kickstand and SD card slot. For me, that's just fine. I barely ever play in tabletop mode, and when I do, I have a portable stand from Five Below that I use instead of the "kickstand" (if you can even call it that lol) on the Switch.Overall, it's a great case if you want something for extra comfort that is also able to be docked!!!!

1. It fits my hands exceptionally well, and the grips really make playing handheld mode that much more comfortable.2. I have the second gen Switch (not the OLED), and this fits the dock just fine. I have to ever so slightly press down when docking to make sure it connects, but not enough to cause concern for damage or anything. Once connected, it stays connected. Also, the fact that I can keep the case on, keep it docked, AND remove the joycons at the same time is such an overlooked feature. It’s too convenient.3. Putting it on the Switch was easy as can be. I have no concerns of it falling out, and it feels durable and not cheaply made. The color is also as advertised, a nice vibrant purple.

These work really well feel very sturdy have held up to a lot of abuse. A super plus note you can leave them on when you want to put your switch in the dock. We have some of these for every switch and they have saved them countless times.Over 2 years and just as nice a sturdy as brand new, they really hold up.

The case in itself is a good product although when u try and dock it it dies not charge my switch and i have tried numerous times to dock it with the case on and it will charge but then push up on its own and u find it more of a hassle to try and charge it eith the case then without it but idk if its just in mine or what and takung the joy cons off of the switch with the case on is kind of tough they try and stick and at first i thought it just needed some time but 1 to 2 months later nothing has changed and even started scuffing my joycons but other than that the case is pretty good

This protective case is just want my daughter wanted for her switch, as well as what I needed to insure that switch didn’t break or get destroyed. The particular case in my opinion is the best one on Amazon thus far. For the price you cannot beat it! I was blown away with the material and it’s quality, the color was true to the description, and most importantly it genuinely works! My daughter dropped her switch a couple of times, and I kid you not it protected her switch perfectly! I am extremely elated with my purchase and my daughter loves her new case. The case very comfortable to hold in the hand, you also can use this case still when docking the switch in it’s docking charger block. This is one of the best purchase’s I have made for my daughter this year! Don’t hesitate in purchasing I promise you will not be dissatisfied with product.

This is a great cover for the switch, but you can’t find a carrying case that will hold your switch with this on it, Not even the maker (Mumba) has one... and the one they have that says it fits... IT DOES NOT, so don’t waste your money and time on the carrying case!

So the good is that it most definitely has helped my thumb/wrist pain while playing. It fits the device well. The 2 controllers can pop out, as advertised. It aligns with the power/volume buttons so no issue there.It's advertised that it fits in the base to charge. I saw many reviews saying that while some people complained it didn't fit in the base, it does indeed fit. So based on these reviews, I moved forward with my purchase. Unfortunately it does not fit, even when pushing down as some of the reviews say you need to do. It also peeled off the bottom corners of my screen protector which has never happened before. Im super disappointed in this aspect.

10\ 10 it's fantastic!!!! Extremely durable you can dock your switch with it!! I. Bought my switch brand new and it hasn't left this protective cover!!!! You can dock with it! It gives you an extremely comfortable hand support compared to the flat standard that come with the switch it makes it feel like a comfortable controller! It doesn't slip it doesn't come loose for no reason at all!!!! 10 out of 10 would highly recommend you won't regret buying it because it does it's damn job!!!!!!

This case makes it much easier to play the console by itself. It can be used with the dock, however it feels a little snug. The only downside is that there are not a lot of travel cases compatible with it. The ones that are compatible are a bit pricey.

Very nice case, but not as dockable as I expected, still a fit of a tight squeeze, and the Switch pops out a little quite often while docked in the case.
