Dr. Scholl'sSoft Cushioning Insoles for High Heels, New Packaging

(From daughter) I go swing and rockabilly dancing a few times a month and this wouldn't be possible without these inserts. Seriously, they are a game changer. I dance for hours in heels and have never had an issue, which is wild to me. I'm in my 30s doing swivels, spins, Charleston, kicks, you name it for hours and I go home without throbbing feet. I have now bought a few to put in multiple pairs of shoes, but before that, I was switching out one of these for whatever pair I was wearing that night, so either is possible, just know you will eventually wear out the adhesive.

I have very narrow heels, flat feet, and a large toe area. My feet have also suffered injuries and are hypermobile. These were just the trick to get me into high heels! Fixed the issue of my heels sliding out without sacrificing toe box space. (The clear gel version, for comparison, crammed my toes and still had my heels popping out of the shoes with every step.) These are the best insoles or cushions I've tried for high heels. Usually my tiny heels keep me out of heels over 2". Wearing these insoles in 4" heel Fluevog Dali's. (There's no way I could wear them otherwise!)

I used these in a pair of wedges and they were comfortable and barely noticeable. They did not fully keep my foot from sliding but they fit inside the shoe well and gave my heel and arch good support.

The insole might be comfortable, but I felt that my foot didn't sit all the way down in my shoe. I was afraid that my shoes would fall offI

This is great for arch support but not if you wear a size 11 like me. This didn’t last long because of the adhesive. But for the time being it did its job.

These didn't stick as well as I had hoped on my boots... But they're comfortable and don't slide around too much.

I was expecting these inserts to be game-changing for me when wearing high heels out. I was very disappointed because not only were they not any more comfortable than wearing my heels without them, but I noticed absolutely no difference in pain level/support level when wearing them. This product was not for me.

I cut a slice in the toe and put them in dressy thong sandals with a back strap. Works great. I have very high arches.
