This is a great unit, but the seat rips out. My wife is less than 120 lbs, but we have not had a unit last more than 1 year. I am getting ready to buy my 4th Rollator

MY husband just purchased this for me. I spent weeks researching to buy my first rollator. After 7 months of Chemo. I need assistance with balance & fatigue. This was the lightest rollator that I could find that was also compact enough for me to handle on my own. It really is compact to fold. It is light enough too. The seat is a little too high. Normally that is not a big issue. But the back support must be defective or poorly designed. It is angled downward. When i try to sit , I have to stand tippy toe to reach the floor and the back support is pushing me off the rollator. I got real nauseous, slide off, and got dizzy trying to stay seated. Shouldn't a "back support" be behind your back or lumbard not on the butt. Then, there is that shameful notion of a "bell". Some kind of cheap plastic with a button the don't even press down. If you snap the little part on the side, it will make a slight clanking sound. Everything else was well made. But I am extremely disappointed. If it wouldn't cost me 20% restocking, I'd sent this back before it kills me just trying to sit. I was going to carry a folding step so I could seat once in a while. But nothing is going to help that horrible back strap on the butt. Definitely not worth the money..

When I first purchased this for my sister in February of 2018 we were very happy with it, light weight, easy to handle, folded up compactly enough to fit into the trunk of my sports car. But in September of 2020 first the breaks failed and then the handles kept collapsing. I think another review early this year mentioned the same problem. You cannot find a repair service nor parts for walkers so now we have to purchase her another one and it WON’T be this brand.

Bought this for my wife after a rollator I'd bough at Costco was damaged by the airlines and cruise ship personnel. It folds up easily and compactly My wife finds it very easy to navigate even in the narrow hallways of a cruise ship and elevators. One minor issue is the lower straps that hold it together when it's folded. The straps have a grommet that slips over a pin. If the strap doesn't have enough tension it will fall off the pin. I'm going to try to come up with a more robust way to secure the strap that doesn't rely on tension. I bought a canvas cargo bag to hold the rollator when we decide to check it as baggage. This is excellent. It moves very easy. It folds up so small and easy you can even put it in a suitcase to protect it if flying. Folding it takes one minute maybe 2. The set is higher than my other walker and that is great. I am only 5'5' and it is perfect for me. Most walker have a lower seat. It works so so much better and is lighter than all the others I have tried. The people at cascade healthcare Solutions are so helpful and kind. 5 stars for the one purchased for mom in 2017. Light, maneuverable and folds easily for travel. That one was great, she loved it, and for 2 years no problems at all. In 2019 we gave it to her older sister as a present and ordered a second one. BUT... The quality had gone down and the second one didn't last. On arrival it needed adjustment to keep it locked safely in position during use (mom fell when it collapsed). It started falling apart after only a few months and was unusable after one year. Bag zipper broke, parts loosened, straps and grommets broke and frayed and fasteners fell off. I guess the accountants have taken over. Too bad, it was originally a great product.
