The lateral file bars were perfect. They fit the slots perfectly and they were the right length. I would definitely order these again if I needed to. Good job!

I've never ordered a file cabinet part before. So, I took out my measuring tape and reading glass to identify the file cabinet and headed to amazon. This was an exact fit. Thank you!

These rails would not fit into the slots inside the drawers.

These seem to be great bars. I just got them in the other day and installed them, but I haven't really hung much on them yet. They do seem stout and of good quality. They are half the price of HON's original parts (they only sell by the bar, and not in pairs.) These will work SO much better than the flimsy frame that was sitting in the drawer when I moved into my office. It just was cumbersome, made the file drawer inefficient, and was a pain to use. These will be so much better to actually have file bars to hang my files on! I only gave 4 stars because even though they are half as expensive as the original parts, they are still more than I wanted to pay. But, I'd probably buy them again if I needed to because they fit just perfectly with no trouble and I don't foresee any trouble using them. I guess it's worth a little bit extra to have some piece of mind when opening the drawer and not seeing a jumbled mess :)

On this day exactly 20yrs ago (9/11/2001) my father moved our family business in to a new office, with all new furniture. I just recently have been going through our file room to do some organization. As real estate developers/brokers/property managers we have documents that are 30yrs old we NEED to keep, and hard copies are required.As I began organizing, I came across one of my last 2 file drawers and each were missing one of these bars. I put them both in one but, then had 1 full cabinet drawer with no way to hang the folders. Being as old as the cabinets were I thought I was kind of screwed. I then simply looked around on it to see if I could find a file cabinet brand and only saw the outline of the little plaque label that had fallen off. I read HO (or maybe a D) N, measured the file cabinet length, put that all in Google and it showed up on Amazon.Not only are these bars compatible so I can finish up, they are the SAME EXACT ones that came with the cabinets originally. This is making my little weekend organization job a whole lot easier and now near competed. So happy I was able to find these.

We had a little hiccup on the first round, but the company responded quickly, got the issue resolved... and we are VERY happy with the product.
