This is an easy bible to understand because it explains the meaning of the verse

My Hubby has one from 10 years ago.I bought this for me. This one has been updated, had lots of great insights & wisdom. I love the Life Principles, they are so helpful.I put tabs on the books & love the index.

I bought 3 of these after my initial purchase. My wife loved mine so much I bought her one and my mother in law as well. They all love the insights and commentary's. Easy to read with plenty of daily applications to life.Kudos's to Pastor Stanley! This is a must for in depth Bible study with practical applications.A little bulky, 10x8x2 but absolutely a needed addition to God's word for the layman.

In the end, I felt the combination of exegesis (determining the lessons God’s Word intends by applying analysis of the ancient language, form of the writing, and context) was weak. I really find the 30 Life Principles to be very forced, and I actually regret my purchase at this point. (I am going to give it a little more time, but I think the author makes the text fit his pithy life principle form just a little too much.)

I love this Bible, it arrived on time.
