This product is wonderful. My first order came with a broken cup handle but the company sent me a replacement and I sent the first one back. The contour of the warmer is wonderful, just doesn't warm the bottom of the cup but radiates heat all the way up. I tend to get sidetracked when working and forget about my coffee. Now that I have this, I have hot coffee ready for me when I get back to it. Works very well!

I purchased one unit in January 2022. Wife lives Ed it for her night time tea. Purchased a second in February 2022 for her morning coffee in the living room. By May one unit quit heating. Would not exceed 70 degrees and by June, second unit did the exact same thing. Both units quit heating. When they worked, they were excellent, but I expect more than 4-5 months use before they die out.

After only a week or so, the handle snapped off the mug while hand drying it. The buttons on top are of weak construction. Sometimes they work fine and other times not so much. It does keep your beverage warm, like something better than room temperature, but not hot.

this MITBAK has a digital readout heater and at 230 degree setting on heater reaches about 130 degrees F in the cup. The HEATER part is excellent.the second part is the cup. not as great.it is a custom shape opening on the heater for a custom shaped cup. YOU CAN NOT GET A REPLACEMENT CUP. I BOUGHT A SET OF SIX MITBAK CUPS WITH LIDS AND THEY ARE TALLER THAN CAN FIT IN THE UNIT.THE open HANDLE IS HARD TO HOLD WHEN HANDS ARE MOIST OR SLIGHTLY GREASY FROM LOTIONS AFTER WASHING OUR HANDS SO MANY TIMES EACH DAY.ONLY WORK AROUND IS TO BUY A FULL SET FOR $30 just TO GET ANOTHER CUP.

This is used every day! Works easily, just plug it in, press to turn on, and select temperature. No more tepid or cold coffee before I finish it! Hurray! Cup is easier than a regular coffee cup because the handle on the bottom is open not connected to the cup. Easier on my hands. You do need to experiment with the temperature to figure out the right one for you and your beverages.

First let me say that I’m happy with the temperature this unit keeps my coffee. That is the main reason why I purchased it. But it has a thick, heavy cup with a super skinny handle that makes it very hard to hold! I don’t use it at all. A typical coffee cup fits in the unit, although the enclosed cap probably won’t fit. Secondly, there is no low, medium, or high setting. It only lets you push the plus (or minus) button. You have to manually click and hold the button to set your temperature you desire. Overly tedious.

Update: I love these cup heater sets and the seller is outstanding in their customer service. I broke the handle of the 2nd cup I ordered (1 for home-1 for office) and asked them if I could buy another cup only and they shipped me a new set at no charge...even though it was I who broke it, not shipping. THIS is true customer satisfaction. I love the product, I love the company, you will too!Original review: I love it. It’s nice looking, capacity for 2-3 cups and stays as hot as you set the temp for. Works great as long as your beverage is already the temp you like. It will keep it toasty. I was able to use every mug i tried with this. The only one that didn't work well had a thicker bottom. I wish the 2 hour shut off were longer. I've decided for my glneeds to try an electric tea kettle with a warming feature. Thx for the great product.
