I read several reviews where people said they had to cut the fabric to install this and I thought wow why would they sell it if they didn’t have a spot for it. I watched a video on the Diono site and it showed it being easy to install so I went out and looked very carefully at the seat cover. If you look closely at the seam where the holder would go you will see very small slits in all the positions you can put the cup holder in. You do NOT need to cut the fabric. See my photos for where I found the slits.In the front spot it sits at an odd angle unless you push the side of the seat out, then it sits more level, but it’s not so bad that it tips the drink out. So far it’s a good size for the Sippy cups I use and I’m SO glad I looked closer at the cover. I probably wouldn’t have purchased these if I had to cut the cover.

NOT the cup holders that come with the new seats. We have a 5 year old seat and a new 2020 model for our youngest. The cup holders from the older seat are narrow and most cups don’t fit or they get stuck and it’s a hassle. The cup holder that came with the new 2020 seat is wide and holds pretty much every kid cup wonderfully with no issue. So thinking these would be the updated version we ordered them. THESE ARE NOT. They are the narrow version like that came with the older seat and just a pain. We returned ours immediately. Very disappointed!

I like that it can be removed or not used. if you have seats 3 across the middle seat and the inside cup holders on the outside seats are going to crowd the middle and might not work. They don't fit in the middle of a 2015 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab.Note on the install you need to look for a very well concealed slit that you feed the mounting rod through for install. I found a youtube video that showed me how to do it quick and easy.They do the job well enough, although I do find it aggravating I spent a lot of money on a seat and had to buy cup holders separate. I think that was very cheap on Diono's part to design it that way to fleece parents.

This is a fantastic way to give the illusion of a cup holder. It will in fact hold the cup! But your kid will not be able to get it out to drink from said cup. There for they get very angry and you end up trying to twist yourself around at a light to wiggle the cup loose so they can drink....Then they put it back. You repeat this process until you yank the 'cup holders' out and toss them telling your sweet child to just hold their cup. What a waste of money!!!!!!

Bought these for our Radian car seat. They fit into holes on the side of the car seat and sit kinda at an angle. We had to cut the fabric of the car seat in order to place them and that sucked. But we do plan to keep the car seat for a long long time so we went ahead and installed them.

Happy I was able to keep our Zak water bottles from going from two Graco Extend to Fit to three across with Diono in my Nissan.Odd thing about these cup holders is that the fabric where they’re suppose to click into doesn’t have holes so sadly one has to make their own so they’ll be correctly in.

They sometimes get pulled out of their spot due to the kid but he is thrilled to have his own cup holders! No problems at all and thanks to other reviewers help to spot those little preset holes to install!

I have Diono Radians and Everetts and these work well for either. I love when my kids can have two cupholders! They are easy to remove so when we get drive thru or have snacks we often use one of their cupholders as a bowl. They are a little harder to put back in on the Radian but still worth the buy.

They look cheap. Installs easily though.

Unfortunately, it is a little pricey, but it fits great, easy to install & remove.
