for those worried about it being a dvd r, it’s possible that’s bc it is a dvd rom. in its heyday, dvds in the early 2000s had many features you could only access via a computer and sometimes even the internet. this dvd has a few dvd rom features. it’s possible you see dvd r for this reason.

My wife hates movies that are similar to this but after it was over I was surprised she actually loved it. She seemed surprised she enjoyed it as well. Looking for good laughs this is the movie.

Although some of the jokes won’t fly today, don’t let that stop you from being taken back to high school in 2001. You will remember the struggles and adventures of teen angst. Ever wanted to rob a bank with your friends? They actually do it! You won’t regret this classic teen comedy.

I've loved this movie since I was a kid when it came out. I still laugh every time I watch it.

Quality is fine but buyers should know that it is a DVD+R disc

It’s a silly movie but entertaining

I have seen this or original DVD release years back, some of the best funny lines were cut from this. I get that maybe a mother shaking her boob cleavage, or calling someone a retard may be "too much" for this new sonwflake generation, but seriously, they left in things that should be "offensive" nowadays,, The movie is a still a cute little chuckle fest in most ways, but anyone who saw the original cut like me, may find it a bit jarring

Love this movie

I loved this movie as a kid so I was super excited when I found it on here but then a little bit nervous I’d not like it anymore well no need I loved it just as much as when I was a kid I keep lending It out! Brilliant buy and for so little too can’t even begin to thank you enough for stocking it!

i saw the positive reviews and decided to buy it. big mistake. the film started promisingly, but by the end i was just wondering where the past couple of hours went. the acting was poor, the characters irritating, and the story boring. i love point break and thought the idea of a group of teenage cheerleaders imitating it was an interesting and amusing idea, but it was executed so poorly. don't waste your time watching this.

A great little film and it also starred Mena survari. Well worth the money.

Silly comedy, just the way I like them.

Herrlich überzogene Komödie, die Cheerleader zur finanziellen Unterstützung ihrer schwangeren Freundin eine Bank überfallen lässt. Dazu bedient sie sich der Versatzstücke der klassischen High School-Klischees, die sie auf respektlose Art neu arrangiert. Einem Comic gleich, wird die Story kurzweilig, unterhaltsam und überspitzt erzählt. Inszenierung, Kamera und Darsteller überzeugen dabei durch solide Handwerkskunst. Leider ist auch dieser Film ein Opfer des Pocahontas-Effekts, bei dem rein weibliche Hauptfiguren unter dem Radar des Publikums durchgehen (soviel zur Gleichstellung). Wer Sehgewohnheiten abseits des Mainstreams besitzt, kann sich über tolle Darbietungen von Rachel Blanchard, Marla Sokoloff sowie Mena Suvari freuen und wird es bedauerlich finden, dass die Laufzeit so kurz geraten ist.Bei dieser Kinowelt-Veröffentlichung nervt allerdings die zwangsweise Untertitelung der Originalfassung.
