300x100mm / 12x4" inch Grey Metal Air Vent Grille Cover with Insect Mesh - Ventilation Cover

This grille arrived damaged, one corner had been bent and the paint was flaking off where the metal had been bent. It was clear from the damaged to the packaging that the grille had been dropped onto one of the corners DURING TRANSIT. Accordingly, I'm reviewing as if the item had arrived undamaged.It was a good solid grille, the paintwork was without any major blemishes on the outward surface which shows that some care was taken to ensure a good finish during manufacturer. The mesh on the inside is secured well, with no loose edges. The price was excellent, just a pity that this one was probably one of the last to be sold at this price!Customer service was excellent when I requested a return, they asked for a couple of photos of the damaged item and packaging which I was happy to supply.

Brilliant product, well made and makes a big detail difference

Descent grill, quite strongly made, looks good it’s got a insect stopper built in, only reason not 5tars is no screws or raw plugs in package.

I needed a vent cover to cover up a hole in my outer wall from a previously installed external tumble dryer vent. I had filled the vent hole with expanding spray foam but wanted something to cover that up to look nicer in my back garden. This does the job nicely. Good quality, and easy to install. Recommended.

Covers fitted really easily over double air bricks using a sealant. Kitchen had always been really cold with the amount of air coming in through the air bricks - noticeable difference felt already as wind is no longer blowing directly in through the bricks. Insect screen at the back of the vent cover is a good extra. Wish I had fitted these covers years ago.

i used this to cover a nasty hole that was cut wrong in kitchen unit.I used velcro on back of vent and stuck fast, made a vast improvement, and looked very smart.Good idea i think, and didnt have to pay out for new skirting, very pleased wth end result.

The item itself seem very good - not cheap, but worth the money.My problem is that it came without fixing screws.I don't know whether it should have or not, but I could have done without having to faff about buying white head screws when I wanted to fit the grill straight away.Bit of an inconvenience.............

Who ever packed it had to see it bent in multiple places. I was desperate to use it so I bent it back as best I could.

Good quality vents, paint adhered well and perfect size gable vent for sheds.

Solid built vent, installs easily with some screws. Yay?
