So far my joints have been feeling better, but unless I went under a closed test stopped taking other supps like MSM, calcium, magnesium and vitamin D. I can't truthfully say the change was due to this Moving Forward. I did do my research on the ingredients and they are good.

Would like to see a product of pure palmitoylethanolamide and at a higher dose. Also it is essential to be provided information on where it was manufactured. I do not want to put anything on or in my body that was made in China. Only took 2 a day. Can not afford to be on the full dosage and I also can't believe the body can absorb that much of it into the system. I have been off it for two weeks now as it was giving me stomach pains and irregular bowel movements. Those have cleared up and the pain is back. Win some lose some I guess. Will be getting back on it with a slightly friendlier diet in the coming weeks to see how that changes things.

I will be buying more when I run out!!!

By FAR the best joint formula I've tried. I have chondromalacia in both knees so pain isn't completely gone BUT I can walk up & down stairs with minimal pain & squats are finally a part of my routine again!!!
