The furniture looks very pleasing and is ok as far as comfort. The issue I've had with wicker furniture in the past is still an issue. The holes for the Bolts rarely line up. It's always a struggle to get some of the Bolts in and then get them tighten. Hopefully no one falls through the seats.

I ordered the 7 piece sectional. I really, really like this sectional. I really, really dislike the convoluted shipping process it took to get it to my house! I would call the sofa a solid 4.5 stars. The quality of the sofa and cushions is pretty good. It was easy to put together and fits perfectly on our patio. The cushions are thick and firm, but I think they’ll relax over time. I did purchase a cover for this to help protect it from the elements. I took a whole star off this review for the shipping process. Even though I got an email from Amazon the day after I ordered saying the item had shipped, the FedEx tracking didn’t reflect this status until well after the product was supposed to be delivered. Long after the item was to be delivered, the FedEx status stated the items hadn’t been received. To their credit, the seller’s customer service was prompt in responding when I reached out to find out where the product was. They said FedEx was the problem, but I am concerned shipping labels were printed without product having actually shipped so the seller could charge me for the item. Of the 7 pieces in the shipment, everything arrived after the initially promised date over a period of 3 weeks. 2 boxes one day, 4 boxes another day. Tracking on the 7th box showed FedEx never received the item, so the seller shipped a new one and it arrived as expected. I would definitely recommend this sofa, but with a note of caution to meter your expectations about how quickly you’ll get it.

I was pretty happy with this purchase when I first got it a couple of years ago. However, there came a point recently that I needed to clean the cushion covers. The back cushions come out of the covers pretty easily, but the bottom ones do not. It was really tricky, and I ended up damaging one of them. I see from their responses to other comments that there is no way to replace them. Not impressed

Just completed putting together this seven set patio furniture. Everything was packaged well and all parts were included. The furniture is very good quality for the price. The sofa and chairs are sturdy with steel framing and the cushions are thick with a nice outdoor cover. The fire table came with lava rock and works beautifully.Edit: All of the sections were well made with the exception of the one sofa end chair. One leg is about 3/4 of an inch short. We have tried adjusting all of the legs with no luck. On further inspection it appears the frame was welded a bit off so when you align the screws with the holes so the furniture will fit together the chair will not balance. I am waiting to hear back from the seller.

After searching on Amazon for patio furniture, I came upon this set and ordered it. It was delivered on a Friday (way earlier than the following Wed-Fri that was estimated)It arrived as seven separate packages which seemed overwhelming at first but assembly didn’t take long at all. I actually liked that each piece had its own box because I knew exactly what pieces went to what.My husband and I were impressed with how sturdy the furniture was given that it wasn’t one of those super expensive sets that you see in stores. It’s also pretty comfortable. Is it the most comfortable furniture I’ve ever sat on? No, but I wouldn’t expect that. But I’ve been pleased while sitting out enjoying the weather with friends and family.We did use a different coffee table because we were a bit nervous with a glass top one with our young toddler (who thinks climbing on anything like that is fun!)The only con I have with this set is that I assumed (based on configuration pictures on Grand Patio products) I could make this an L-shaped sectional but there is no actual corner piece. While it *can* be done, I think it looks awkward because you have to use one of the side arm pieces which is lower than the back. Because of that, I believe we will have to order another chair of some sort to add another seated back area.Overall, we are pleased with this set and have enjoyed our evenings on our porch this summer!

Several people have reviewed, the holes do not line up when you are assembling them. Some of them are way off. I had to drill holes, expand hole size, use larger washers to make this work. The arm and the backs don’t line up. Cushion quality is not that great. It also doesn’t repel water.The clamps to hold the 3 pieces of the sofa together don’t work well. They don’t hold it together well. I will have to zip tie them myself.It is too cumbersome for me to return at this point. Overall quality is not good. These things don’t require major redesign from manufacturers point of view. If there people were to randomly assemble and test, they can figure it out. Poor design

Only downside they sent them in pieces on different days, some were delayed so I had one couch for a few days and the others came a few days later. Other that the shipping assembly didn't take too long once I got the hang of it. The chairs are very comfortable and lightweight. Love the design of the chairs and the table
