even though i hate wearing this thing, this headset is the real phillips product. i bought some knockoffs but they don't fit right. this one fits exactly the way it is made. sure, i still have to adjust when i turn but i don't get any wheezing from my machine. this headset holds the nose pillows tight enough to stop air from escaping. i learned my lesson about fakes.

Medicare only pays for 1 of these ever 6 months. I have very oily hair and skin and one of these just does not last 6 months so I buy and pay for one privately every other time. They work great---The fact it doesnt last for 6months is not their fault it is mine because of my oily hair and skin

It does what you need it to do at a fair price. The only thing to keep in mind is that the bands wear out by stretching and losing the ability to hold the pillow mask in place after a few weeks of use.

This is exactly like what came with my C-PAP. Being able to replace this headgear on a consistent basis at a reasonable price is great!

I love the CPAP headgear. It is soft flexible hold my nasal pillows and it’s great to help me sleep will continue to purchase love love love this product.

This is the exact brand & part number as the ones I used to get from my CPAP doctor. When my insurance was paying, I didn't notice the price. The last time I ordered, insurance no longer covered it. I was shocked at the prices charged for such a simple item. Getting the same quality for 1/3 the price, is very good.

It was what I was expecting… no surprises.
