less is more. very small size but incredibly durable. doesn't take up much space around your dashboard. overall a well-made product professionally and maturely designed.

I just received this 24 hours ago, and I couldn' t be happier. All those that complain about not being able to use a case really just haven't read the directions (The primary location I saw these complaints was in the review of the black one). It's a clip on people, of course the clip won't fit over your case. However if you read, and pay attention to the contents of your manual (criptic as it may be), you will discover that you can use one of the three 'buttons', which are very thin (about 3/32" thick) to attach to the outside of your case. I don't use a case, so I will use the clip and the suction cup, but you can use a button on each end if you like, to attach to your dash and your phone, with neither the clip nor the suction cup. How much more flexible do you want something like this to be. Enough on that subject.The three disk design for positioning is really nice. It makes it really compact and yet very easy to position and orient exactly the way you want it. There are no clunky ratchet mechanisms, so no more off angle orientations. If it ever gets loose, a built in tool is always there to tighten it. I travel constantly all over the country, use my phone as a GPS, and this thing is going to be awesome. Even in it's largest configuration (suction cup and clip), it is still the smallest one I have seen and fits neatly into my computer bag with no awkward bendable wire or rigid frame. It is just small and compact until I need it. Awesome.Affixing the suction cup is different than anything I have seen. You actually rotate the whole head and it draws out the air. I think it is going to be far more reliable than the clip method, and last longer as well. It is a little awkward at first, but if grab it more like a door nob than a screw driver, it can be done with one hand quite easily (with an average size hand anyway). Just push gently and turn to securely affix the suction cup to the window. I can't say that about my last cradel. It was more like set it, and pray that when you let go it would stay on the window, and even if it did, pray it wouldn't fall off 15 minutes later doing 70 mph on the interstate.So far, I think this is a great product. I got the white one, because in the window, my iphone 4 tends to overheat while using a gps app. I am hoping that the white will reflect more heat and help keep it from overheating. I don't have any evidence of that yet though.

I am happy with this product, which I have had for 3 months now. However, I was very frustrated with it at first.The greatest difficulty for me (which may have more to do with me than with the product) was finding the built-in adjustment tool. Nowhere are we told that the adjustment tool is built in. So at first, I thought my product failed to come with one. And the reason I worked under this misconception for so long is that the instructions that come with the product are frightfully minimalist and unhelpful.That being said, if you like puzzle-games, you might just love this product.NOTE: If you decide to purchase this, the adjustment device is quite cleverly built into one of the disks. I hope this helps!!Once I found the tool, my experience with this product became decidedly more positive.Still, I struggled with this product for upwards of two weeks before my understanding of its mechanics dawned. (This probably says more about my addled brain then the design of the product.)1. The suction cup works GREAT on any glass surface, but will not work at all on anything else.2. To attach this to some part of your dash, you need to affix one of several little (I'm not sure what to call them; so lets just say) plastic "bits" to your dash. It comes with its own adhesive, which, admittedly, I was hesitant to use. Its not a great idea to have little plastic bits stuck to your car. However, they DO work.3. According to the ludicrously unhelpful instructions, the suction cup can also be used as a mount for the phone. I had zero success with this. Now is a good time to point out that this gizmo is highly versatile in that there are many, many configurations in which it can work. So while it may seem odd, it is nevertheless true that the suction cup is both a window mount (a base) and a phone mount (a holder).4. The phone holder that is depicted in the pictures of the product works well, but not perfectly. First of all, it is really designed for the 'naked' iphone. My iphone case happens to be so thin that I can, indeed, shove it in there. So for those of you with cases, beware.My next car will have a built in iphone base.Peace

I had a very hard time keeping my cell phone in place and the suction wasn't strong for me.

The item looks very space age and works well when mounted to the window. The only complaint I have is that its a little loose at the swivel points. When you hit rough road or a pot hole, the unit moves. They should have included an allen wrench so that the swivel points can be tightened/adjusted. I got the white one and it looks awesome on a white car.

Bought this for iPhone 5. Have been using this for almost 2 years. Love it. Small footprint. look good with my iPhone. Mine is white. well made. sturdy. easy to remove and install. When I went abroad I took it with me to use with another car. easily snap in and out. easily adjust to vertical/ horizontal. Will look for this brand again for my next iPhone.

I use this every time we go on vacation! It works like a charm every time. NEVER had a problem with it falling and the iphone 4s fits snug inside of it. I like the secure feel and how it turns with the keys.

Worth every penny of the price, great positions, very strong holding power, and quality build. the fit and finish is excellent. Highly reccomended to complement your iPhone 4/4s, looks and feels like something Apple would approve. Im going to order another for my GPS.
