The media could not be loaded.  Hi! My impression in general is good. Nice colour, good microfine, respond to music, etc., but I have a problem with my LED lights. ONE of the lights living its own life....i think its defective. Can you please contact me. And now its also 3 more lights living their own [email protected]

Used LED strip to provide under wall cupboard lighting in a dull area of kitchen. Simple to cut to length and, as it is self-adhesive it was simple to fit under the cupboards. Not so simple to pair with my Android phone, but I got there in the end and the product works perfectly. Incredible value for money and a well designed and manufactured piece of kit with pretty comprehensive instructions.

Updated after a few days, see bottom paragraph5 stars to 4.Bought the 20m version (2x10m). What is less obvious from the description is that you can go 10m in both directions from the main power unit/WiFi controller or connect both strips in series using built in connectors (photo). We chose to put the strips in series (end to end) from one power source and cut th second length to about 5m. We can now use the other length with the other power cable on the controller if we choose.Importantly we struggled to connect to WiFi via Smart Life app, but most of the problem was getting the strip to flash slowly, whatever that mode is. Simply holding the power on bottom for s few seconds on the remote put the strip into fast flashing mode, and the same process put it into slow flashing mode and then everything worked fine.Hope this helps.Sticky stuff seems very sticky and supports weight no problem, various small 3M backed claws for the power cable, extra double sided sticky tape included, spare battery for remote. Remote control range seems to be about 2.5m unobstructed.Plenty bright enough to light a room in a slightly more than ambient way if you have 15m of strip up in a 3x3m room.Update: had these for a few days and a strip of 3 LEDs lost their blue components (see pics). This doesn't affect all colours equally, and fortunately we put the strip somewhere where it's not glaringly obvious at this point, but that doesn't mean it's acceptable. Customer services have been excellent answering my questions about wiring and responding with offers of help with this issue on the same day every time. Given the high level of customer service in reasonably. If you want to stick the strip to something permanently (wallpaper) I would advise users to put the strips out in a space for a few days and turn them on. If after several days continuous use all LEDs are good, then go for a permanent fixing. My likely fix will be to use a joining kit (no soldering required) and simply swap the damaged area out for some spares as I didn't use the whole length non installation. Not ideal, but for £40 and a bit of effort I'm happy enough with the results. CS offered me 10% refund, so I'll negotiate to see what more they'll offer as £4 isn't really as nice as no problem at all. For now, I would still recommend. 👍🏼

Update,after I left this review. This company got in touch with me and couldn’t apologise enough. They offered a refund or replacement. They kept in touch with me every step of the way. Even checking in to see if the replacement was working. Fantastic customer service. And now I have one very happy little girl.Thank you.After all the effort of picking, putting them up. Four lights have broken and stay red after two weeks use. Also we got the WiFi working but struggled to connect to Alexa

These lights looked promising. Decent remote, decent adhesion apart from the supplied clips, not so good. That is until after about a week I noticed a block of 3 lights not working and displaying the wrong colour. A few days later and 2 more sets of 3 lights had gone dead. Now a couple of weeks later and I have 7 areas within one strip where a section of 3 lights don't work. Absolute garbage and wouldn't bother wasting your money on these

I have had no problems so far with these LED Strips, this is my second pack I have got for two different rooms in my house.They are easy to install and connect seamlessly to the WIFI and the App works well although I just use Alexa most of the time or the included remote as it is quicker than pulling up the app!You can cycle through many colours as well as colour changing modes that fade between colors, bright white modes and music sync modes where the lights "dance" along to the beat of the music.One tiny niggle is I wish the power lead was slightly longer so the cables could be hidden away easier although I installed these to my ceiling and ran the cables into my loft to hide them well.These are great for setting the mood in any room.

The media could not be loaded.  I found the adhesion on these for be fantastic, I have installed some aluminium extrusion and installed these inside. They look great tbh :)Pros- great adhesion (to aluminium)- once connected to my Google mini voice control is great- colour overall is good (apart from white)Cons- had a failure after an hour (had to resolder a connection)- white is a little off every few LEDs it’s HardyNoticeable but it’s not perfect- weak connections where joints occur- WiFi setup is not easy, instructions are poor.But overall :) I’m very pleased with the end result.As long as u get a set that doesn’t break when you install - you’ll be very happy

This is the second set i have bought. The first had no adhesive tape - no issue, i used the clamps. This set came with ahesive tape on and a second roll in the box. Great smart integration and easy to set up.
