SmidgeThat Midge Insect Repellent - 75ml (Pack of 2)

Went to Egypt and the midges out there are everywhere at evening/night. Last time I went I didn’t have this spray and was bitten alive on my legs. This time when using the spray I still got bitten but definitely not as much and therefore my holiday was better this time

We have just returned from a 2 night wild camp at the shores of Loch Lomond, and it was my first time using Smidge. The flies see me as a tasty morsel, but it’s the wee mosquitoes that I bought this for, mainly, as I usually get nasty bites on my legs that take weeks to heal.I applied this liberally on the first night, as I was wearing shorts and a T-shirt. So far, no signs of any bites on my body at all. Had the odd insect on me, but considering we sat in a swarm at one point, I think this product actually worked!! Very exciting!Lastly, the product smells quite good. Don’t accidentally put some on your lips like I did though, it does NOT taste good.

Worked better against mosquitoes and biting insects than any other product(Deet) I have used. Used in Africa and Greece. Easy to put on and not too smelly.

Smidge insect repellent works well, lasts as long it says (up to 8 hours) and smells surprisingly pleasant. A little goes a long way and it sprays a fine mist over a large area, making it easy to rub in.My only issue was the spray nozzle, which broke off, although the bottle was nearly empty at that point and I was still able to shake the liquid out to use (hence 1 star off).Despite that, I will definitely be purchasing this again.

Insects are drawn to me and my blood. I use this every time I go out in the garden (wooded area), if I forget, I know about it. This is well worth the money, a little goes a long way. Unlike some pump sprays, this sprays well and you don't end up with greasy hands unable to hold / spray again.

easy to use,smell not unpleasant, good value.

This is the only insect repellent I’ve tried that actually works for me. Before I discovered it I used to get some nasty insect bites on my legs and feet (even when covered up!), mainly after I’d been in my garden, but now from May to September I spray some Smidge on my ankles and lower legs in the morning & thank goodness it works! It doesn’t stink like most other products either. A bit of a Godsend!
