So long story short is that these will do a MUCH better job at keeping chips/food fresh. And unlike regular chip clips (which I break all the time), these have pretty much NO chance of breaking ever.The first time you use these they are a tiny bit confusing, only because they are so different from a typical chip clip, and they also won't be as fast to put on either. You basically slide the open end of a bag between the yellow tab and the colorful plastic on top and it keeps it very tightly shut. Absolutely ZERO air gets through when you close the bag with these, which is a whole new world compared to standard chip clips where air can still get out on the edges of the bag. They claim to be watertight as well, but I haven't tested this myself. I also can't figure out how on Earth I would ever break one of these, especially on accident, so I am quite sure they will last me a very long time. That being the case combined with how perfect the seal is on the bags, I think the price is really worth it for the purchase. My only complaint is that the purple and orange clips are too small to use for very much, but there are enough of the blue and green ones to handle all my bag-closing needs.

These were considerably cheaper than the Gripstics, so I decided to buy both and see the difference for myself. These do the job of keeping bags airtight if the bag is thin enough to slip over, but thick enough to have some body to it. I'd say it works for a lot of my snack bags, but not all. If you are debating between the two and only want one set, get the Gripstics. They are easier to slide on, and look thicker, more substantial. If you want to save money and want to get a whole bunch of this type of product (which you WILL want to once you try it), get both. I don't regret my purchase. These were a lot cheaper than Gripstic, and if I can't slide them onto a particular bag, I just use a Gripstic instead. Both are FAR superior than a snack clip! Keeps food fresher, longer!

I now buy more food because of these. At any given time I now have 3-4 different kinds of crackers, 2 boxes of cereal, 3 bags of chips and various dog biscuits open at the same time. I had to order more EZ clips to close everything. These absolutely work and keep everything fresh and dry. I live in Florida where it is very humid and I no longer have swollen soggy Mini-Wheats! I love this product.

These are great items. They took the normal two piece sealers you can find on Amazon, but made them easier to use as they are one piece. To use them, you simply bend the plastic over and slide the clip on. The clips traps the plastic between the yellow tab and the outside plastic piece.The clips slide on easily and seal the bags pretty good as long as the bag is somewhat thick. They take some effort to come off so they won't accidentally come off and spill your items. My only negative is that the thinner plastics are a pain and don't slide as easy, such as cereal bags. Also i have found some salad bags that are simply too big for the largest ez clip. I have used these successfully on my pretzel bags, creatine bags, candy, etc. Get a pack for your home!

These things are amazing. The best thing ever to keep something opened fresh and flavorful. A food saver also keeps things fresh and flavorful but it is really best for something you're not intending to get into often. The EZ CLipz let you get into the opened bag as often as you like with great ease...there may be a slight learning curve but once you understand how they work they take seconds to put on and take off. You can use the original bag the item came in with no expense for a new bag or loss of freshness or hassle. I gave these a 4 instead of a 5 only because I wish the set had fewer or none of the smallest size and 2 or 3 ones larger than the largest size instead. I would find this much more useful and would be willing to pay more for such a set.

I have an excellent vacuum sealer but became tired of having to cut the tops off the bags and reseal after taking some of the contents out. It was often difficult to have enough bag top length to reseal with the vacuum sealer when only a bit was needed. But I love these plastic clips. They dont' work well on soft flimsy bags though so I often use a piece of paper in the fold to make the fold more rigid. I dislike leaving food/snack bags exposed to moisture on camping trips so these work out perfectly.

These are awesome!!! Not even a learning curve...I only read instruction to step 2 and the rest was simple logic. Very easy to use,make a super tight seal. Much better than those standard chip-clips that don't go across the entire bag, so I'll lose less chips tostaleness using these. Wish they had more of the longer green ones in the package though, or you could order them separate. They arethe standard size needed for your chip bags.The smaller ones are great for closing the slip bags of crackers such as Ritz, and bags of candy like M&M's.I will be ordering another set, just to have more of the green ones.

At first I didn't like these and gave a few to my daughter. I'd like to get them back now....lol. There is a slight learning curve, how to fold the bag and slide them on. Sometimes they just don't want to go on, but I like them anyway. They seal up bags of nuts, crackers, coffee, grated cheese bags. Things really stay fresh and neat as they are not as bulky as those clips.By the way, they can work on the smaller kibble bags, the 4-5 lb. sizes, but sometimes it's a struggle to get them on. Worth doing though to keep the dog food fresh. I wish "they" would make a beefier clip for things like the dog food bags.
