THIS IS THE SECOND PURCHASE I MADE IN AMAZON BUYING THESE KIND OF ARTICLES, EXPENSIVE ELECTRONICS, VERY DISAPPOINTED, THE ITEM ARRIVED VERY LATE AND IT DOES NOT WORK FINE, IT SMELL LIKE BURNED AND IT DOES NOT COOL THE AIR AT ALL, VERY NOISY AS WELL! AND NOW I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO NEXT, THEY SENT ME A RETURN TICKET BUT WHO IS GOING TO PICK IT UP AND WHEN? AND WHEN AM I GOING TO HAVE MY MONEY BACK? IT IS AN EXPENSIVE ITEM! OVER A 1,000 DLLS I NEED MY MONEY ASAP. AND BE ABLE TO RETURN THIS ITEM ASAP TOO.

Wish we could give a negative star review. We purchased 2 of these units last summer. Both units had multiple pump failures. Sat inoperable more than they were in use. Emptied & cleaned for winter. Uncovered & attempted to place into service for this year, and you guessed it, pump failure again. The pumps they use in these units appear to be fish tank pumps that have ceramic shafts that easily break. Until they solve this problem, stay far away from these units.
